Abstract/Summary:
The development of educational informationization constantly updates the teaching idea of teachers and puts forward new requirements for their teaching ability in the information age.In April 2019,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Opinions on the Project 2.0,which once again emphasized the promotion of teachers’ information technology teaching ability as one of the overall development goals,and emphasized the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural teachers’ application ability and the promotion of balanced development of education.In order to enhance the rural primary school teachers information teaching ability,it is greatly important to investigate the informationized teaching ability of rural teachers,find out the specific reasons for the problems,and then put forward targeted suggestions.This study to the elementary school teachers’ professional standards and the related standard of teacher education technique ability as the basis for the primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application ability standard(trial)"in the file content to explore,divides the rural primary school teachers’ information technology teaching ability dimensions: informatization instructional design ability,information ability of teaching,the informationization teaching evaluation.In this study,a total of 270 primary school teachers from 3 town central primary schools,3township central primary schools and 8 village primary schools in Y County of Chongqing were investigated by using self-compiled questionnaires.SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to conduct statistics on the questionnaire data.This study combined theoretical research and teacher interviews to analyze the causes of the survey results of rural primary school teachers’ informationization teaching ability in Y County,Chongqing,to discuss the significance and shortcomings of the results,and on this basis,put forward suggestions to improve the informationization teaching ability of rural primary school teachers.The conclusion of this study is as follows: the overall level of informationized teaching ability of rural primary school teachers in Y County of Chongqing is above average,but the evaluation ability of informationized teaching is relatively low.There are significant differences in age,age and the type of school,while there are no obvious differences in education background,gender,professional title,main teaching subjects and main teaching grade.Specifically,the level of informatization teaching ability of teachers over 45 years old is lower than that of teachers under 45 years old,the level of informatization teaching ability of teachers with more than 15 years of teaching is lower than that of teachers with less than 15 years of teaching,and the level of informatization teaching ability of teachers in village primary schools is lower than that of teachers in towns and townships.By analyzing the causes of the survey results of rural primary school teachers’ informationized teaching ability,and discussing the significance and deficiency of the results to teaching practice,this study get the following conclusions : To improve the informationized teaching evaluation ability of rural primary school teachers in a variety of ways;Pay attention to age differences,and strengthen teaching and research support and training;In view of the difference of teaching age,the assessment and incentive system should be improved to stimulate the development potential of teachers.Pay attention to the differences of school types and increase the investment in talents and resources...
