Teacher-student relationship has always been the focus of attention in the field of educational theory.It is an important means to achieve the goals of education and teaching,and an important part of the growth of teachers and students.In the late 1950 s,teacher-student relationship has been a special research field in China for more than 70 years.In addition to the hull baht "teachers as the center" and "Dewey's" students as the center "of the relationship between teachers and students thought influence,scholars have proposed" the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students ","JiaoWangXing teacher-student relationship","harmonious relationship between teachers and students","ecological relationship between teachers and students","care for the relationship between teachers and students","supporting the relationship between teachers and students","care about the relationship between teachers and students","to understand the relationship between teachers and students" and so on.Although different ideas and educational concepts are different,the common point is that the teacher-student relationship has a profound impact on the teaching effect and quality.However,so many research results,why still can not solve the practical dilemma in the relationship between teachers and students? Therefore,this paper tries to take whitehead's organic philosophy and positive psychology as the theoretical basis to construct a positive teacher-student relationship and to solve the problems existing in the teacher-student relationship.At the same time,it is a new attempt to enrich the theory of teacher-student relationship.This paper is divided into five parts.Put forward in the introduction part of the thesis,this paper discusses problem,research purpose and meaning,on the relationship between teachers and students,the relationship between teachers and students "positive" and "negative" relationship between teachers and students are the core concepts,and the relationship between teachers and students,and positive research on the relationship between teachers and students in order to fully show the understanding of different perspective,at the same time by using the literature method and history method as the research method of this paper.In the first part,the philosophical basis and positivepsychological basis of positive teacher-student relationship are discussed.Mainly to overview of whitehead organic philosophy and positive psychology,the generation of whitehead organic philosophy foundation-contact-world view,the main body of the super body concept,principle,positive intake to conquer-persuasion and positive psychology on the basis of the positive experience,positive personality,positive relationships in detail.In the second part of the paper,the connotation,characteristics and functions of positive teacher-student relationship are systematically introduced.Firstly,the connotation of positive teacher-student relationship;Secondly,the basic characteristics of positive teacher-student relationship are positivity,initiative,positive experience and effectiveness.Finally,it is the function of positive teacher-student relationship: to improve the pleasure of teachers and students,conducive to the healthy physical and mental development of teachers and students,reduce the conflict between teachers and students,conducive to the career development of teachers and students,to ensure the orderly progress of teaching activities,to achieve teaching objectives,to improve the effectiveness of the school,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the school.In the third part of the paper,the connotation,characteristics and harm of negative teacher-student relationship are systematically introduced.Firstly,the connotation of negative teacher-student relationship;Secondly,the characteristics of negative teacher-student relationship include the rupture of educational consensus,the lack of happiness,the inequality between teachers and students,and the indifference between teachers and students.Finally,the harm of negative teacher-student relationship:deviating education direction,decreasing teacher-student happiness,intensifying teacher-student conflict,and decreasing the effectiveness of education and teaching.In the fourth part of the paper,the author puts forward the strategy of constructing positive teacher-student relationship.This part is based on whitehead's organic philosophy and positive psychology to construct positive teacher-student relationship.Construct the positive teacher-student relationship with correct educational purpose,with positive attitude,with positive language,with positive love of education,with positive evaluation,and with positive personality.
