Special strength is one of the important factors that affect the athletic level and the excellent achievement of the athletes.It is an important condition to improve the special power of the javelin athletes and improve the performance.This paper studies the special strength training of javelin athletes from winter training period,and studies the special strength training of athletes during winter training,and tries to provide scientific basis for javelin special strength training.This paper uses the methods of literature review,spot observation and expert interview to track and observe and train the training process of the special force training of the jungle of the athletic body of Beijing Sports University.The relevant data of the special strength training are recorded and recorded And summarized.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Beijing Sports University athletic school javelin athletes winter training period training objectives clear,the first phase of the physical recovery period is longer,for 8 weeks.The special strength of the young athletes in this winter training period has been enhanced,throwing capacity growth is large,at the same time,the special results than the winter training period increased by an average of 5 meters.(2)Winter training period of special strength training,mainly in the small power-based,weight-resistant anti-class practice from the 9th week began,special strength training to develop special skills and special forces to throw power.In the process of training,to achieve "individualized" arrangements,according to the characteristics and arrangements of athletes,reasonable arrangements for training content,attention to the shoulder and elbow joint exercises.(3)In the winter training period of special strength training,the coaches mainly to enhance the javelin’s arm and shoulder joints,as well as the strength of the lumbar muscle to the javelin project characteristics to carry out special strength training.Mainly on the wall rebound ball,pull and hands and other training methods,so that the quality of the power to get more with the combination of special technology,coaches are good at using a variety of equipment around the diversified training.(4)The load of the special strength training of the javelin athletes in the winter training period of the Beijing University of Sport and Sports has a wave rising trend,and the load intensity is jumping upward trend.Compared with the youth track and field training program,its load intensity at a high level,the average number of weeks to throw 200 times and above.At the same time,after the special strength training,coaches pay more attention to the relaxation of athletes practice.(5)During the winter training period,the general strength training class accounted for 15% of the total class,the special strength class accounted for 45% of the total class,including special skills accounted for 17%,special throwing force accounted for 28%.This shows that coaches focus on the development of the strength of athletes,improve the special ability of young athletes.
