Research On Social Work Intervention In College Students' Career Planning

Social work comes from the United States,and gradually started to develop and use in the western developed countries and have become part of social welfare institution system.The social work begins to play a more and more important role in the field of social life and service.Social work getting involved into school becomes more and more common.On the way to build a harmonious society in China and to realize the China dream,social work's nature,that is,"help others grow and serve the society" also gets the recognition and focus of the government.The universities are also reforming to help the students grow and improve students' well-being.The needs and problems of such a large number of college students are not limited in their learning and life difficulties,but more come from the spiritual confusion about the future.School social work are made into practice of college instructor work with its ideology,theory,working mode and method for the purpose of helping college students solve the problems,tap potentials,adapting the environment and healthy and fully developed in the daily life and the growth process.The expansion of the number of college students makes the employment situation of college graduates become more and more serious.The career planning of college students is also paid more and more attention.The professional planning is related to the individual's future,the school employment rate,And even affect the stability of society.At present,college students' career planning is mainly carried out by the school's employment guidance center.The contents of the career guidance on the employment information release and career planning courses,a single form,monotonous content,can not meet the students in the career planning diversification and individual needs.Social work focus on the nature of the service,its team work and case work and other professional methods to a certain extent make up for the college students career planning work in a general,institutionalized,formal defects in a more professional way to college students recognize themselves,To understand the relevant knowledge of career planning,career choices in the future to make the best choice.The study of social work in college students' career planning is the core of this research.The study is divided into six parts.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,and combs the current situation of domestic and foreign career planning,college students' career planning and social work intervention in college student career planning.The main part is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly deals with the main concepts,theoretical basis and research methods of this study for routine description of the following research.The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of college students' career planning,and analyzes the western medicine and feasibility of social work intervention.The third chapter introduces the group work and the case work involved in the process of college students career planning.The fourth part of the social work involved in college students career planning reflection,including methods and skills reflection and social work involved in college students thinking.Finally,on the basis of the practice of this study,the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the deficiencies of this study.
