| Reasonable and effective career planning intervention is of great significance for awakening the meaning of life of college students and promoting the growth of individual happiness.At present,college students have relatively weak awareness of career development,lack of motivation for self-development,self-improvement,and self-realization,insufficient cultivation of their own core competitiveness,and a prominent phenomenon of slow employment.It is particularly urgent to strengthen employment education in the new era.In order to explore the multi-disciplinary research perspective of the promotion of career planning awareness,this article is based on the concept of social work,taking X University students as the research object,and has carried out a research on the promotion of college students’ career planning awareness.In the questionnaire survey and interview stage,it is found that the value consciousness of career planning of college students is generally low,that is,students’ perception of the role and value of career planning is biased.In the design of the intervention phase of the group work,the logic level theory is used for reference,values are the problem level,which promotes the exploration of the ultimate goal thinking and the clarification of stage needs,and on the basis of strengthening the awareness of career value,promotes group members to link their own careers Resources have better promoted conscious career action.In the process of practical intervention,the content of group activities is designed based on social learning theory,which better guides the behavior of group members,promotes group members to actively participate in activities,better complete group activities,and achieve group goals.Studies have shown that college students’ career planning awareness is relatively weak,especially the value awareness needs to arouse people’s attention.Logical level theory can provide better theoretical guidance for career intervention.Focusing on the problem level guides team members to think about and reduce dimensionality,which is conducive to triggering team members’ conscious career actions.Social learning theory can provide theoretical guidance for group work.Observation learning and demonstration learning help group members simplify the process of acquiring experience and knowledge,and guide group members to take actions.The study also found that in order to better enhance the awareness of career planning,it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism for school social work services,expand a variety of intervention methods,and build a diversified support system.Not only schools,but families and society have to make a difference. |
