Research On The Situation And Strategies Of Primary School Teachers' Pre-service Preparation

Teachers are important people who inspire and help students' education.The stage of being normal students is the necessary period for teachers to do pre-service preparation,to learn professional knowledge,to improve professional abilities and to be professional teachers.Optimization of teachers' pre-service preparation is an important channel for teachers' professionalization.The research on pre-service preparation of postgraduate students in Primary Education of H University is an important holder in exploring teachers' specialization.Under the guidance of the Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial Version)formulated by the Ministry of Education,this paper combines questionnaires and interviews for investigating the pre-service preparation status of postgraduates in Primary Education from three aspects--professional concept and teachers' morality,professional knowledge and professional competence.As a result,this paper can find the problems from the status,and get the effective strategies for both postgraduates in Primary Education and pre-service teachers.The paper introduces the related definitions of the primary school teachers' professional qualities with Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial Version)in the first chapter.It divides the primary school teachers' professional qualities into three parts--professional concept and teachers' morality,professional knowledge and professional competence.And,it is the base of compiling the questionnaire and analyzing the interview's result.In the second chapter,it is an investigation of primary school teachers' pre-service preparation which taking postgraduate students in Primary Education of H University as an example.This research adopts the questionnaire and the interview to investigate the situation of postgraduate students' pre-service peroration in Primary Education of H University.It includes the description of the questionnaire and the interview's preparation and the summary of the survey's result.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems and their causes in primary school teachers' pre-service preparation which taking postgraduate students in Primary Education ofH University as an example.Based on the result of the second chapter,the third chapter starts with the situation to postgraduate students' pre-service preparation in Primary Education of H University,and analyzes the problems for providing clues and bases to the next chapter.In the fourth chapter,the paper comes up with some effective strategies and suggestions to the postgraduate students' pre-service preparation in Primary Education of H University.Providing the professional preparation guidance for pre-service teachers of primary school is the purpose of this paper.It can help them develop their professional qualities and provide the holder of their professionalization.This chapter will combine with the previous chapter to provide strategies and suggestions for primary school teachers' pre-service preparation.
