| Teaching behavior is the most basic behavior that a teacher owns and also the base for the specialization in teacher education. During the transformation of new curriculum, strengthening the behavior of curriculum implementation doesn't mean weakening the behavior of teaching, but by contraries through which to meet the demand of curricular outline, curricular standard as well as curricular scheme. Therefore teacher's teaching behavior is the basic path to improve the education quality.It is one of the effective ways to study teacher's teaching behavior from the point of view of building evaluation index system for teaching behavior. However such research has little focus on teacher's teaching-preparation behavior. The construction of evaluation index system for teacher's teaching-preparation behavior is of great value, which not only provides theoretical support for comprehensively recognizing teaching behavior and rebuilding core status of teaching work, but also provides technical support for the insufficient study on teacher's teaching-preparation behavior at present; On the other hand, the system not only provides technical index for educational supervision from various levels of government to inspect teaching quality, but also provides scientific direction for the school to improve teaching behavior as well as theoretical reference for the teacher to self-revised and self-developed.Through the references trend analysis and content classification & summarization of teacher's teaching behavior as well as teaching-preparation behavior, and also from conclusion & summarization of Chinese & foreign monograph, master or doctor thesis and academic literature, the author found that the quantitative study of teaching behavior was insufficient and much little research on effectively evaluating teaching-preparation behavior was done. For this, the thesis gave the collected materials using study methods such as searching references, interviewing objects, making questionnaire and so on, and analyzed the materials with both qualitative and quantitative methods. The construction of evaluation index system in the thesis was based on four theories (Piaget's constructivism, Bruner's cognition—discovery theory, Gagne's design theory, and universal design theory) and also by means of collecting and summarizing the teacher's teaching index and special standards in three representatively educational great power (USA, UK, Japan) as well as recombining the teaching request and evaluation standards of several schools in many national provinces.The research data come from the self-edited graded table of teacher's teaching-preparation behavior index. Total 850 pieces of questionnaire are available. Indicator analysis in SPSS 16.0 data process software was applied to distill the indicators of different levels. After naming the whole index system comprises 3 levels, with 3 indicators in level one,11 indicators in level two and 40 indicators in level three. After that, expert assessment weights table of teacher's teaching-preparation behavior index was designed according to the indicators, and with the assessment outcome of 20 experts the weights of indicators of different levels were calculated by using matrix paired method and overall normalized. The whole thesis explores the specific content of teaching-preparation behavior from the respects of theory, data and phenomenon, finishing the construction of evaluation index system. Some implementations for the system and future research are proposed in the epilogue. |
