Teacher-student relationship is the most basic relationship in school life.Teachers and students cannot be smooth sailing in the process of communication.Teacher-student conflict is inevitable and objectively exists in schools.The conflict between teachers and students in primary school classroom refers to the differences in values,goals,status and resources of primary school teachers and students in the classroom environment,directly or indirectly containing each other and satisfying their own interaction process.Based on the characteristics of the development of primary school students,the primary school stage is the bud of the conflict between teachers and students.Properly handled can promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship.This study mainly focuses on the analysis of the status quo of teacher-student interaction conflicts in the primary school classroom and how to face the theme of teacher-student conflict.This study combines qualitative research and quantitative research.On the basis of literature review and possession,the S primary school in Huaibei City,Anhui Province is selected as the survey object.By analyzing the current situation and causes of the current teacher-student interaction conflicts in S primary school,the primary school classroom teachers and students are explored.Effective response to conflicts.The survey shows that the conflict between teachers and students in the primary school stage is a relatively common phenomenon.The main manifestation is that there is a low-intensity conflict between teachers and students.The higher the grade,the more obvious the intensity of the conflict.There are many reasons for the conflict between teachers and students.The outdated education concept,job burnout,lack of emotional experience,heavy academic burden,inappropriate parenting style,and excessive interference in school education can lead to conflicts between teachers and students.The current treatment of teacher-student conflictslacks practical and artistic methods.Based on this,the corresponding solutions are proposed from the perspectives of teachers,students,and families.This is not only conducive to the development of physical and mental health of primary school students,but also has important development significance for primary education.
