This study takes middle school students as the research object,discusses the characteristics of young people’s idol worship,and explores the relationship between idol worship,self-identity and self-efficacy.In the first study,an interview study was conducted on 35 students and 4 teachers in a middle school in Nanning.Research result:(1)The idols of middle school students are mainly based on the appearance,ability,talent and spiritual quality of idols.(2)19 middle school students believe that idolatry affects academic performance,and 12 of them believe that idolatry has a positive effect on learning.(3)School education has a guiding effect on idol worship of middle school students,but the guidance is insufficient,and the model recommended by the school is quite different from the actual idol of middle school students.Study 2 used the questionnaire method to target 1410 first-year to third-grade students in two middle schools in Nanning,with the “Idol Worship Attitude Scale”,“Self Identity Test Scale”,“General Self-Efficacy Scale” and “Learning”.The Self-Efficacy Scale is used as a measurement tool for data analysis and discussion of results.Research result:(1)67.8% of the middle school students have the phenomenon of idolatry.The object of worship is the film and television star,and the idol is mainly through the network channel.(2)Middle school students’ idol worship shows significant differences in gender and grade.Boys are more involved in the pathological path than girls,and girls are more involved in social entertainment and emotional projection than boys.(3)The self-identity of students deeply involved in idolatry has significant differences in the category of only children;the general self-efficacy of non-idolatry and idolatry students in different degrees is significantly different in gender;idolatry is milder There is a significant difference in gender between the academic self-efficacy of the middle school students who are more involved in the middle school;the general self-efficacy and academic self-efficacy of the non-idolatry students and the deep idol worship students are significantly different in the grade.(4)There is a significant difference between the self-identity of middle school students and their different dimensions and general self-efficacy in the degree of non-idolatry and idolatry.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between idol worship and self-identity in middle school students;self-identity is significantly positively correlated with general self-efficacy;self-identity is significantly negatively correlated with academic self-efficacy.(6)The idolatry of middle school students has a positive predictive effect on self-identity;the self-identity of idiot worship is more negatively involved in the self-identity of middle school students who have a greater involvement in academic self-efficacy;the idolatry deep volume The self-identity of middle school students has a positive predictive effect on general self-efficacy.(7)The degree of idol worship of middle school students has a regulating effect on self-identity and general self-efficacy.
