Volleyball is a skill-oriented sport of network-blocking confrontation.With the rapid development of volleyball,the rules of volleyball are constantly modified,and the intensity and damage of volleyball are increasing.Blocking is a very important link in the volleyball competition,its quality directly affects the overall defense level.Outstanding blocking ability in the performance of the jump fast,high altitude,timing accurate,which requires athletes to have outstanding jumping ability as the basis.In the previous training,only special skills and special physical training were paid attention to,and the preparatory exercise before the training was neglected.The core muscle groups such as athletes' buttocks were not fully mobilized before the training,which led to the fault in the energy transfer of human power chain and thus affected the athletes' jumping ability.The buttock muscles should be activated during the preparation activities,so that they can be quickly excited for better sports effects,and as a warm-up exercise to protect the body.The purpose of this paper is to study whether using hip activation exercises in volleyball special training can improve its blocking ability and reduce the risk of injury.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper took 12 students(all male students)of grade2016 volleyball special students of Beijing sport university as the experimental objects,and carried out the experimental intervention of buttock activation exercise for 8 weeks.The related indexes of four jumping forms were tested by force table,and the test data of FMS and Y balance were combined.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Hip activation exercises activate the buttocks and surrounding muscles,improve the FMS total score of the special students,optimize the action mode,makethem maintain good body posture during the exercise,and reduce the risk of sports injury.(2)Hip activation exercises activate the deep and shallow muscles of the gluteus muscle,improve the strength of the gluteus muscle,and strengthen the trunk.The strong core muscle group not only maintains the body posture,but also can assist the limbs to complete the precise and in place,the smooth connection technical movement,improves the volleyball block bounce complete movement stability.(3)Volleyball training before by hip activated exercise the core muscles,activate the onset of the energy transfer hub,improve the efficiency of energy transfer,half squat jump,squat jump and jump run-up height from the ground,rotate speed,the most strong values,and relative power get promoted,so as to effectively improve the volleyball blocking bounce explosive.(4)Hip activation exercises enhance the strength of hip muscles and improve the efficiency of energy transfer,improve the control ability of lower limb nerve muscles,significantly improve the speed endurance index of bounce,thus effectively improve the ability of blocking continuous bounce of volleyball.(5)The effect of hip activation exercise on the bounce ability of volleyball students is obviously better than that of traditional training.The hip activation exercise method applied in this experiment is also more suitable for volleyball special training.
