With the rapid economic development,China confronts a series of problems,such as environmental deterioration and resource shortage.For the purpose of building China into a country with a good environment,and maintaining a sustainable development,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council has requested that education authorities should bring the knowledge of environmental protection into class teaching and cultivate ecological culture and morality in order to make the ecological civilization a main-stream social value,especially an important content of core socialist values.As an important group of adolescents,middle school students are new vital force and full of youthful spirit for a nation.It directly related to the process of ecological civilization development whether they possess the correct green awareness and positive ecological practice or not.For middle school students,moral cultivation and legal education acts as the main channel which applied green resources in the education of green awareness,environmental ethics,and ecological civilization.It helps the all-round development of middle school students.Nowadays,the system of moral and legal education is getting more mature,on the other hand,there is still room for improvement.Therefore,high-quality education resources can be applied as a significant research to fulfill teaching content,innovate teaching method,and optimize teaching environment.The local green resources are characterized by its wide range of categories and distinctive features.It not only embodies natural resources like green mountains and clean waters,but also includes cultural resources like the concept of sustainable development.Teacher can integrate them into green education resources which is suitable for middle school students' intelligence.This dissertation is mainly focused on the approaches of how to use the local green resources in a scientific and rational way,optimize the implementation of moral and legal education,improve the attraction of moral and legal courses,and strengthen the awareness of green ecology for middle school students.This dissertation takes Xinyang city as an example.It focuses on the research of the application of local green resources in moral and legal education for middle school students.This dissertation divides into four parts: the first part tells the necessity of localgreen resources in moral and legal education for middle school students by demonstrating the connotation and values,the current teaching theories,the requirement of teaching materials,and the value orientation by application.The second part states the realistic advantages of Xinyang's green resources and the feasibility in the application of Xinyang's green resources in moral and legal education.The third part is based on field research by analyzing the existing problems and reasons in the application of Xinyang's green resources in moral and legal education.The fourth part focuses on irrelevant content between the application of Xinyang's green resources and moral and legal education for middle school students,simple education method,insufficient attention of the educators,and inadequate infiltration of school culture.This part explores the practice approaches in the application of Xinyang's green resources in moral and legal education,and mainly elaborates from the view of teaching content innovation,teaching method innovation,practical experience,teaching staff development,green education environment infiltration.This dissertation is based on the comprehensive analysis of necessity,feasibility,and operational practice.It intends to demonstrate the problems of Xinyang's green resources in the application of moral and legal education for middle school students in a systematically approach,and explores a practical path for regional application of local green resources in moral and legal education for middle school students.Therefore,it improves the real-time efficiency and infection of moral and legal education for middle school students,and provides ideas and measures for the local government to promote the green civilization quality for middle school students by the application of local green resources,and achieves the educational purpose of training successors for green development and ecological progress of China.
