The middle school moral education is an important part of the overall implementation of quality education.It has the very vital significance to the cultivation of new generation.And the school moral eduction work is affected by various factors.among them.The local cultural resources and the school moral education has a close relationship.The local cultural resources mainly refers to the resources of natural geography resources,cultural and historical resources and social development school location can be selectively into moral education curriculum resources.The local cultural resources belong to the curriculum resources.It is vitality of fresh concrete for students.The moral education practice,high-quility resources for self experience,self development.An effective moral education needs students into life.Active cultural experience can be achieved.Therefor,the effective development and utilization of our side of the local educational resources.In practice to improve the pertinence and effectivenessof moral education is an important suject in school moral education.Pay attention to the study of the local culture resources devcelopment of moral education in middle schools.It has very important theory value and practical sidnificance.Hunan has rich natural and geographical resoures,many of which can be untilized in the moral education resources.Useing these resources can develop patriotism, emotional, environmental,protection, aesthetic ideal and cultural tradition of education activities.The local profound culture of HUNAN,mining the essence of the local culture of Hunan. Let the local culture stage.Let the Hunan local culture into the campus.giving full play to local cultural resources.Special effect in school moral education and achieve the self education effect to achieve the ultimate objective of minors’ ideologcal and moral education.This study is under this kind of situation.The development of moral education curriculum resources is studied a kind of trail and open.In this paper,through literature research,survey research method,case method etc.Analysis focused on the three aspects of research and development strategy:a case study of the practice of moral education in Normal university.it attached middle school.a case study of Hunan local culture from the present situation of the development of resources to further research.The first chapter is the introduction part mainly elaborates the background and the significance of this research.The second chaper according to the resources of local geography resources. two major categories of resources of Hunan local curriculum of moral education constitude the state of the research on the present situation.The third chapter through local moral education case of informative.Normal university affiliated to school of this case moral practice experience to do further investigatioins.On the basis of the investigation to the further improvement of the "suggestions put forward by the middle school moral education in the development of local cultural resources" strengthening teacher training efforts to improve teacher’s theoretical level and professional quality.exert the principal role of students.the school should strengthen construction of folk cultural atmosphere and establish a dynamic local culture teaching resources library.
