Economic and cultural development has always been complementary to each other.With the development of China’s economy,the demand for Chinese learning all over the world grows day by day,and China’s Chinese teaching cause develops prosperously.The author of this thesis taught Chinese in Thailand where the Chinese teaching curriculum was mostly considered to be a comprehensive one.The Chinese Comprehensive curriculum consists of pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar,and other Chinese language elements,aiming at training students’ listening,speaking,reading,and writing skills comprehensively.As a core curriculum,the comprehensive curriculum has always played an important role in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The author combines teaching practice of elementary Chinese comprehensive curriculum in Pakkhadpittayakom School(hereinafter referred to as PPK school)in Thailand,and uses the specific methods such as investigation method,observation method and experience summarizing method to formulate a teaching design on How Many Chinese CDs Do You Have.This thesis aims at helping the study of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and provides reference for the overseas teaching of the elementary Chinese comprehensive curriculum.This thesis mainly consists of the following four parts.The first chapter is an introduction.It will explains the research backgrounds,research significance,research summary and methods of the research.The second chapter is about the basis of teaching design.It will elaborate the details of theoretical basis,relevant elements and relevant principles.The third chapter is the main part of this teaching design,including the design preparation,teaching procedure,and the teaching procedure is elaborated at length.The fourth chapter is evaluation and suggestion of the teaching design How Many Chinese CDs Do You Have.By assessing the design of each element of the teaching design and thelearning result of the students,reflecting shortness and offering teaching advice,this thesis looks forward to making helpful efforts on the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
