Under e-Science environment,data-intensive scientific research came into being.A large amount of scientific research is based on existing scientific data.Scientific data is not only an important scientific product,but also a basis of a new round of scientific research.It has multiple values such as voucher value and reference value,which can effectively save the funds for scientific research activities and shorten the cycle of scientific research activities.On this basis,the demand for scientific data of users is becoming more and more complicated,and it is extremely urgent to carry out scientific data management.As an important scientific research center and data center,universities have unique advantages and favorable conditions for scientific data management.Therefore,universities should actively carry out scientific data management work and build a scientific data management system and support system to provide the scientific data for more research users and promote scientific research to a higher level.This thesis takes the scientific data management of universities as the research topic and conducts systematic research.Through the use of literature research method,network research method and case analysis method,this thesis sorts out and analyzes the research topics in this field at home and abroad.The guiding role of data science and information lifecycle management theory on scientific data management in universities is discussed.The concepts of e-Science,scientific data of universities and scientific data management of universities are discussed and defined.The value and characteristics of scientific data of universities are deeply studied.And on the basis of this,this thesis tried to build a management system and a support system for scientific data of universities in China under e-Science environment,aiming at promoting the development of scientific data management practice in Chinese universities.The scientific data management system of universities is based on the scientific data life cycle,involving the main links of the collection,organization,storage,sharing and utilization,privacy and security of scientific data.The thesis elaborates on the implementation strategies of each link.In order to carry out scientific data management work smoothly,the support system is also indispensable.The thesis mainly provides detailed explanations from four aspects:policy support,technical support,financial support and service support,including the formulation of reasonable scientific data management policies,improving scientific data management technology,seeking financial support from many parties,and paying attention to scientific data management education for users. |
