With the rapid development of China’s economy,the society’s demand for high-quality talents is becoming more and more intense,which puts forward higher requirements and goals for education.High-quality talents can not be separated from high-quality educators.As headteachers who communicates between parents and schools,they bears a particularly important responsibility in the physical and mental growth of the educated.Effective communication between parents and headteachers can not only improve the efficiency of headteachers and school work,but also promote the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health.Adolescents face complex social environment,and under the influence of external adverse environmental factors,they need the full cooperation of schools and parents.Therefore,it is of high academic value and rich practical significance to carry out the investigation and Research on the communication between the headteacher and the parents of students in junior middle school.Based on the investigation and research of YX Middle School in Jinan City,the author takes the questionnaire survey as the main research method to grasp the current situation of communication between headteachers and the parents of students in junior middle school,and carries on the research and exploration through the summary and analysis of the survey data.This paper first puts forward the reason and significance of choosing the topic,and on the basis of the analysis of the research status of related topics at home and abroad,puts forward the research methods.The text is divided into four parts.The first part puts forward the meaning of communication between the head teacher and parents in junior middle school.The second part designs and implements a survey,which focuses on five aspects of communication between the head teacher and parents in junior middle school: willingness to communicate,mode of communication,content of communication,frequency of communication and effect of communication.The communication problems between teachers and students’ parents and the causes of these problems.The fourth part puts forward the strategies of changing communication ideas,improving communication ability and improving communication mechanism in view of the existing problems and reasons.The concluding part thinks that the communication between teacher in charge of class and parents of students in junior middle school should start from two levels of school and family,and use systematic and scientific methods to build a new situation of organic unity of school and family education.
