The advancement of urbanization greatly promotes the development of basic education.the number of primary school students has increased dramatically in the stage of urban basic education.Grade management has gradually become an important way of school management,showing enormous advantages.It is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of school management.Grade management is a collective consisting of first-grade teachers and several classes of the same grade,comparing with the traditional management of teaching and research group.It organizes the teachers of different disciplines in different grades to study the cognitive and psychological characteristics of the students in this grade,and formulates the strategy of talent cultivation according to the goal of talent cultivation.At the same time,grade also controls and coordinates the teaching activities of the grade and promotes teaching quality.Therefore,it can be said that the quality of grade management is not only related to the realization of the quality objectives of personnel training,but also directly affects the construction of school teachers and the improvement of the overall teaching quality.However,in the process of practical application,because grade management mode,positioning,functions are in the stage of exploration and testing,there are still many shortcomings in many aspects,leading to a great difference between grade management objectives and actual results.The purpose of the study is to understand the current situation and problems of grade management in case schools through questionnaires,to analyze the crux by qualitative analysis,and to guide practice.It is of great significance to reflect on and optimize the problems existing in the grade management of primary schools intuitively,and try to explore the way to solve them from the perspective of front-line teachers,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the grade management of case-based primary schools.Therefore,in this study,this paper combines research methods and practical education experience,and finally forms the following views.First of all,although the management of primary school grade is effective,there are still some shortcomings.It is mainly reflected in the unclear power and responsibilityof managers in grade management,the improper implementation of management system,the poor coordination of various functions,etc.In the construction of grade organization,there are some problems such as unclear grade management objectives and disharmony within grade teams,and in the management of grade teaching,there are problems such as the inability to exercise the right of grade teachers to make suggestions,the problem of over-grade reporting and teachers’ participation in grade teaching.Lack of planning and other phenomena.Then,combined with the actual investigation of case elementary schools,the study also puts forward targeted strategies for improving the effectiveness of grade management.It mainly includes optimizing the organizational structure of school grade management,clarifying the rights and obligations of grade leaders,strengthening the cultural construction of grade groups,improving the centripetal force of teachers in the group,and then enhancing the team harmony;in the teaching research of grade groups,it is necessary to improve the participation of teachers,so that grade teachers can participate in teaching research extensively;and innovate teaching and research methods by means of network and other channels;finally,it is clear.On the basis of grade teaching objectives,grade groups should actively carry out various teaching and research activities to promote the professional development of teachers.The results show that with the continuous expansion of school size,grade management as the basic management organization plays an increasingly active role,showing strong management advantages.It not only effectively improves the effectiveness of school management and reduces the level of management,but also contributes to the development of teachers’ professional ability and promotes the improvement of teaching quality.Under the mode of grade management,grade is not only a social organization,but also the core force to optimize campus management.Strengthening campus management must be based on strengthening grade management,fully mobilizing teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in school management,and comprehensively improving the effectiveness of campus management.It is hoped that the research can promote the optimization and improvement of the management of primary school grade in China.
