| Since the 1980 s,the research heat of interest has not been reduced.The physical health situation of Chinese adolescents is worrying,Sports Interest is still the current research hotspot,it is the focus of physical culture workers.Nowadays,increasing schools have introduced many schools have introduced Physical Fitness Exercise into physical education classes to enhance students’ physical fitness.However,Physical Fitness Exercise is relatively boring and tired,while there are quite few studies on Physical Fitness Exercise Interest.This study is an exploratory study to try to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of junior high school students’ Physical Fitness Exercise Interest.And the aim is to provide theoretical basis and research support for physical education teachers to better guiding when proceeding Physical Fitness Exercise based on the students’ interests.In this study,five junior high schools were selected from 5 districts of Beijing,and two students(1 male and 1 female)were randomly selected in each grade of every school.A total of 30 students were selected as the interviewees.The interviews were all one-on-one conversations and the record was implemented with the permission of the interviewees.After transcribing,NVivo11.0 software was used as the research tool for data analysis,three-level coding was adopted and the tree nodes were established as well.The similarities and differences of the reference points under the same node of the coders is used to calculate the consistency among and within the coders.The consistency coefficient within the coders is 0.939,and the consistency coefficient among the coders is 0.940,which shows that the reliability of this study is excellent.The results show that:(1)The characteristics of junior high school students’ Physical Fitness Exercise Interest are universality,inclination,stability,efficacy and situationality.When the students are interested in physical fitness exercise,the psychological state of students is characterized by positive emotions,concentration of attention,increased cognition and enhanced will.(2)The influencing factors of junior high school students’ Physical Fitness Exercise Interest are divided into internal factors and external factors.Internal factors include physical and mental condition,practice experience and physical fitness advantage.External factors include teacher guidance,practice characteristics,peer participation,teaching environment and social environment.After analyzing and discussing the above results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Junior high school students’ Physical Fitness Exercise Interest is characterized by universality,inclination,stability,efficacy and situationality,among which situationality is the most prominent;the main content of situationality is interestingness,while interactivity is the unique element that observed in the primary study.The students have positive performance in emotion,attention,cognition and will when they are interested in Physical Fitness Exercise.(2)Among the internal factors affecting the Physical Fitness Exercise Interest of junior high school students,students’ physical and mental condition makes the main factor;but junior high school students’ Physical Fitness Exercise Interest is susceptible to external factors,among which teacher guidance has greater impact. |
