At present,the high school art specialty students in China have become a huge group,becoming an important source of art in China’s art colleges,and directly related to the cultivation of socialist modernization talents.In Henan Province alone,there are more than 60,000 candidates for the examination of art majors in 2018.imitation teaching is an indispensable part of the high school art specialty training process,but there are also many problems.This paper selects the students and teachers of the four high schools in Nanyang City,Henan Province as the research object,and takes the teachers and students’ knowledge of imitation and the specific teaching situation as the research content.Through field trips,questionnaires and interviews,we can understand and master the art specialties.The actual teaching situation of imitation;the analysis of the problems and causes of the teaching of the high school art specialty students,and the problems of mechanical copying in the teaching of art specialty students,the curing of the teaching methods of art teachers,and the lack of awareness of ability training;The existing problems were analyzed.The analysis results were as follows: the psychological stress of the exam was serious;the teaching philosophy and professional quality of the art teachers were insufficient;and the flexible and effective teaching strategies were lacking.Finally,we will explore the improvement measures of the high school art specialty students,namely,to cultivate students’ interest and standardize the teaching of imitation;teachers should change the teaching concept and optimize the teaching resources;pay attention to the cultivation of students’ relevant abilities,enhance the quality of art;strengthen the teaching of imitation Exchange and cooperation,timely induction and reflection.Under the specific goal of the college entrance examination,it is not a matter of wasting time and energy to cultivate students’ good art discipline in the relatively boring teaching process,to improve the students’ comprehensive quality and artistic accomplishment.To "dance with chains",art teachers also have the responsibility to let each high school art speciality student stimulate their potential in the art education and discipline cultivation,form a high-level artistic accomplishment,and cultivate excellent artistic talents for socialist modernization.
