Today is the era of the prevalence of knowledge economy.The competition among countries has evolved into the competition of talents.The report of the 19 th National Congress has proposed to "build an education powerful nation",and college students,as a pivotal education subject,shoulder the great mission of realizing national rejuvenation and the development of the motherland.However,a large number of students in the college student group have more serious performances such as low mood,misconduct,and low sense of achievement.This not only directly adversely affects the growth and development of individual college students,but also weakens the international competitiveness of national talents and the overall strength of the country.In college,most students think that the pressure of learning is not the main reason why they are tired of learning.They lack motivation to learn,and there is no goal in learning or life.The lack of interest in learning is the most important factor in learning burnout.Therefore,guiding college students to improve their sense of life,enhance their motivation,and reduce the phenomenon of learning burnout is of great significance to the establishment of a good academic atmosphere for college students.Based on the questionnaire survey of college students and the literatures related to burnout at home and abroad,this paper innovatively constructs the relationship model between college students' sense of life meaning,learning motivation and learning burnout.The study was sampled from 8 colleges and universities such as Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and Jilin Normal University,with Wang Xinqiang,You Yayuan,etc.The Chinese Version of Life Meaning Scale(MLQ-C),Wan Wei's Learning Motivation Scale and Lien Chan Yang Lijun's "Learning Burnout Scale" is a testing tool.Statistical analysis is performed on 426 questionnaires collected,and the reliability and validity of each scale are tested.At the same time,the results of regression analysis show that the sense of meaning of life as a whole and the dimensions have a negative predictive effect on learning burnout,and have a significant sense of influence coefficient;the overall sense of life sense and each dimension have a positive predictive effect on learning motivation,and seek the sense of influence has a large coefficient of influence;the overall motivation and dimensions of learning have negative predictive effects on learning burnout,and the internal motivation has a large influence coefficient;learning motivation plays a part in mediating between sense of lifeand learning burnout.In addition,the paper also discusses the demographic difference effects of the main variables through analysis of variance.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:from the perspective of improving the sense of life,to improve the learning burnout of college students,the specific measures include: carrying out life education courses,paying attention to life meaning education;strengthening guidance,helping to establish life goals;understanding life meaning,improving life sense of meaning.From the perspective of enhancing learning motivation,improving college students' learning burnout,specific measures include: improving the teaching environment,improving learning interest;clarifying learning objectives,improving self-responsibility;actively strengthening internal motivation and paying due attention to external motivation.The innovations of this paper are: First,theoretical innovation.Taking the psychological meaning of college students' sense of life as the starting point,this paper explores its influence on learning burnout,introduces the mediator variable of "study motivation",and constructs a new theoretical model "sense of life meaning-learning motivation-learning burnout,analyze how college students' sense of life has an indirect effect on learning burnout by influencing learning motivation,further enriching the perspective of learning burnout,and providing theoretical basis for related research of later scholars.Second,practical innovation.Taking many college students as research samples,this paper discusses the relationship between the sense of life meaning,learning motivation and learning burnout of college students.Based on the research conclusions and the influence degree of each dimension of specific variables,this paper puts forward specific suggestions to reduce the phenomenon of learning burnout of college students in sample universities.
