In this study,students were randomly selected from Tianjin Vocational Technology NormalUniversity Affiliated School,Modern Vocational and Technical College in Tianjin,Tianjin LightIndustry professional Technology institute and Tianjin Sino-german Vocational Technology Collegeas the research object.Using Guo Cheng’s<adolescent general academic self scale>,TianLan’s<Youth Learning motivation scale>and Lian Rong,Yang Lixian’s <College Students’ LearningBurnout Questionnaire>to sinvestigation research.The research has five parts:the first part is thecurrent situation and influence factors of academic self-concept in higher vocational students;thesecond part is explore the current situation and influence factors of the learning motivation inhigher vocational students;the third part is to research the current situation and influence factors ofburnout in vocational college students;the fourth part analysis the relationship of vocational collegestudent in academic self-concept,learning motivation and learning burnout;the fifth part is to verifythe intermediary role in learning motivation,learning burnout and academic self-concept.The studyhas577questionnaires, analysis the data of questionnaires,we found that:1. The total level of learning burnout and its dimensions are close to average.2. The total level of academic self concept and its dimensions are a lower than.3. The total level of learning motivation and its dimensions level close to average.4. Learning motivation and learning burnout of Higher vocational college studentsare negativecorrelation significantly;Learning motivation and academic self-concept are positive correlationsignificantly;Total score of academic self-concept and learning interest,reputation of learningmotivation are predictive effect significantly to the learning burnout;Total level of academicself-concept and academic experience,academic achievement are significant predictors of learningmotivation.5. Total score of learning motivation, Learning Interest and ability enhancement are theintermediary variables between academic self-concept and learning burnout.Based on the above research results and related literature analysis,put forward the suggestionabout learning and teaching for Higher Vocational College Students:from the point of view ofstudents’ personal point of view,should be a clear learning objectives, improve the learninginterest;the occupation career planning,pay attention to train the ability of self;seek for theappropriate learning methods,strengthen the self learning motivation; correct learningattitude,correct self cognition. From the perspective of the school,the school should strengthen theoccupationoriented education,the cultivation of academic ability;intervention studystrategy,stimulate interest in learning;social aspects should set up a goodsocial atmosphere,makestudents evaluate themselves objectively;the importance of higher vocational education,the reduction of social prejudice;finally,from the family aspect,we should establish harmoniousfamily,to create a good atmosphere;master scientific teaching methods,create the appropriateeducation mode.
