With the change of the times,people's concept of life is gradually changing.More and more women come out of the traditional family environment and integrate into the social environment,becoming a very important part of all walks of life.However,the increasing degree of market competition incentives requires women to constantly balance work and life to find a balance between the two,so as to ensure the common development of family and work.Especially for working mothers,they not only take the responsibility of caring for their families and children,but also take the responsibility entrusted by the employer.Any problem on one hand will affect the well-being of working mothers.In recent years,people's research on the well-being of working mothers has been increasing.In addition to studying the physical and mental health of working mothers,they also pay attention to their satisfaction with their current life and work and their well-being,hoping to provide a better reference for working mothers to work and family at the same time.In the process of research,this paper chooses secondary tourism vocational schools as the main environment,chooses their working mothers as the research object,and uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze the well-being of working mothers.It also analyses age,fertility,whether there are old people looking after children,professional title,age of children,working years and hours of weekly classes for working mothers in secondary Tourism Vocational schools.The general situation of well-being and the specific situation of family satisfaction,job satisfaction and emotional experience are analyzed.It is concluded that the overall level of well-being of working mothers is on the upper middle level,and their well-being is relatively high between 25 and 30 years old,their professional title is senior,there are old people in the family to take care of their children,10 classes a week and their income level is between 2000 and 5000 yuan.Then it explores the reasons that lead to low happiness of working mothers and the countermeasures that can be taken to improve it.Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,the paper draws the conclusion that the happiness of working mothers in secondary Tourism Vocational colleges,whether the elderly take care of their children,and the weekly class hours have an impact on the fertility.The reasons for low happiness of working mothers include social support,salary income,coping style,self-efficacy and personality traits.In order to effectively improve the well-being of working mothers,vocational colleges should regularly evaluate teachers' personality traits,optimize salary system and carry out happy life assistance programs;teachers should strengthen the shaping of physical and mental qualities,build harmonious interpersonal relationships,adopt correct coping styles and improve self-efficacy;and the social side should also strengthen self-efficacy.On the other hand,we should build a perfect social support network.
