Exploration On The Training Effect Of Preschool Teachers

Teacher training is an important content of current preschool education work,at the same time,the evaluation of training effects is an indispensable part of the complete teacher training process.At present,many training contents are not consistent;conversely,the contents of the series training of “Child Friendly Kindergarten” form a closed loop,the consistency of content will bring better training effect.And different forms of training arrangements have a direct influence on training results.This study collects pre-test and post-test data through natural observation,supplemented by interviews,and using ECERS-R as an evaluation tool,and then combines the behavioral level of the colloquial assessment model to analyze the training effect of preschool teacher.This could help explore the effects of three training forms,the training content that early childhood teachers in China are more likely to choose and accept and the reasons of that.Then put forward valuable suggestions on the content and forms of the training project of "Child Friendly Kindergarten ".The study shows that among the three forms,periodical training is the most suitable one for “Child Friendly Kindergarten” training,the training effect of teaching and research form is ranked second,and the training effect of centralized form is least suitable form for this training.The training effect is discussed from the six dimensions of ECERS-R.Apart from the course structure,significant differences are found in the five dimensions of space and facilities,personal daily care,language-reasoning,activity and interaction after the training,among which the difference in language reasoning is the most significant one.The research results lead to the advice below: make the characteristics and differences of the three training form as the start angle to analyze the reasons for different training effects in this training.At the same time,based on the training effect of each dimension,it is analyzed that the preschool teachers are inclined to choose the training contents of "children's exhibits,toilet/diaper change,safety measures,encouragement of children's communication,informal use of language,nature/science,management of large muscle activities,schedule".The factors that influence the effectiveness of the training include reasons of teachers themselves and that involving the kindergartens they work for.Finally,It is suggested that in the future "student-friendly kindergarten" training,when the training content involves teacher-child interaction and peer interaction,the form of centralized training should be used;the form of teaching and research is suggested when the content includes hygiene and safety;when the content involves indoor and outdoor space and facilities,the form of periodical training is suggested;when the training content involves the language development of children,although all the three forms can be used,the form of regular training is the best.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for teachers themselves and their kindergartens.
