Teaching evaluation is an important part of the process of education and teaching.Carrying out teaching evaluation is of great significance for promoting students’ knowledge acquisition and ability development and understanding the completion of students’ learning tasks.Therefore,middle school chemistry teachers must attach importance to teaching evaluation and constantly improve their teaching evaluation ability.This study firstly analyzes the research results on the teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers at home and abroad.On this basis,the theoretical framework of middle school chemistry teachers’ teaching evaluation ability is constructed,and the corresponding questionnaire is compiled according to the theoretical framework for the actual investigation.On the one hand,the survey results revise and verify through the theoretical framework,at the same time,they help us to understand the teaching evaluation ability of current middle school chemistry teachers and the differences among teachers of different genders,teaching ages and professional titles.The reasons are analyzed so as to provide effective and targeted guidance for improving the teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers.The paper consists of eight chapters,The main contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter one: explains the reason and significance of the thesis.Chapter two: the research on the teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers at home and abroad is reviewed in detail.Chapter three: explains the purpose,content and methods of the research.Chapter four: on the basis of literature review,it defines the concepts of teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers,and constructs the theoretical framework of teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers.It describes in detail the components and the meaning of the components.Chapter five: detailed description of the preparation process of the questionnaire,the exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire with the statistical software SPSS20.0 and the verification analysis of the questionnaire with the statistical software AMOS17.0.After the completion of the questionnaire,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to ensure its scientificity and effectiveness.Chapter six: make use of the questionnaire to make an empirical investigation on middle school chemistry teachers.This paper analyzes the overall situation of the teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers and the differences of the teaching evaluation ability of middle school chemistry teachers with different genders,teaching ages and professional titles.Chapter seven: summarize the theoretical framework of this study and the results of the practical investigation.According to the conclusion obtained from the practical investigation,some suggestions on how to improve the teaching evaluation ability of chemistry teachers are put forward.Chapter eight: problems and prospects.Explain the problems and deficiencies in the research process,and how to make up for them in the future research. |
