An Investigation On Chemistry Teachers' Present Situation Of Rural Middle School In Dingxi City, Its Development And Countermeasure

Education is the hope to revitalize our nation, while the teachers are the hope to revitalize our education. No matter what kind of reform are carrying out, the important role the teachers are playing in education will never be neglected. Otherwise, the reform will fail. We knew "it's easier to find a teacher than an experienced teacher." Therefore, how to choose good teachers and how to cultivate them are the most important work to deal with in teaching and management. We must try our best to improve the quality of educational reform and teachers' development to build a team of first-class teachers full of vigor, noble and skilled at teaching.The subject of this essay managed to investigate the chemistry teachers who work in Dingxi city, including their professional ethics, teaching state, and teaching skills, scientific research state, continuing education and so on. After thinking over all the problems and difficulties we are facing with,I put forward some solutions to these problems. I'm sure that this article can be considered as guide line and experience to develop a team of teachers who are in high quality, well-educated and experienced at chemistry teaching.
