Under the guidance of the educational policy of "service as the purpose,employment as the orientation",schools are gradually exploring the mode of "combination of work and study,school-enterprise cooperation".The school is actively exploring a new education mode of "deep cooperation and seamless connection" with enterprises.In this context,"order class" came into being.It not only improves students' cultural quality and professional skills,but also plays an important role in solving students' employment problems.However,in practice,order classes provide employment for students,but also exposed many problems.Class management lags,mainly for the order class students lack of cognition,to the enterprise to the relevant provisions of the enterprise management can't adapt to,or even exclusion order class the implementation of the talent training scheme,etc.,the students' school performance cause they can't through the enterprise performance or even "endure" order class management system "lucky" after acceptance of the work will be unable to adapt to the enterprise management and was forced to leave.However,enterprises prefer the order-class model for the cultivation of front-line employees.Even in social recruitment,only management positions are selected,and education requirements of key universities such as 985 and211 are clearly put forward.Obviously,secondary vocational students do not have such educational advantages.However,the talent training program of order class students is "tailored" according to the employment needs of enterprises.Once the students fail to pass the acceptance inspection,it is difficult for them to find a job by themselves as graduates.Therefore,we must reflect on the status quo of order class training.Why are there unilateral efforts made by school and enterprise personnel in the process of order class training,while the cultivated subject is always in an awkward situation of being out of the affair? Why is the order class difficult to manage? In the final analysis,it fails to solve the problem of organizational identity of students.Starting from the perspective of organizational identity,this study took the order class students of company A as an example,investigated the status quo of organizational identity and management of the order class students by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,analyzed the influencing factors of organizational identity of the order class students ofsecondary vocational school,and proposed promotion strategies on this basis.Based on the investigation,it is found that the school has a wrong understanding of talent training and a wrong realization of organizational identity training for order-class students.Students' self-role cognition is solidified,and they always stick to the role of students,lacking reasonable positioning and self-planning.In the process of order-class training,the role of enterprises is out of balance and too much delegation of power leads to the weak foundation of order-class students selection.The role of part-time headteacher in the enterprise is out of balance,which makes the system of "class tutor" become a blank.Students are marginalized during the practical training.The wrong cognition and execution of school,students and enterprise in the process of order-class training are the factors that affect the organizational identity of order-class students.In view of the existing influencing factors,this paper proposes the promotion strategy of the organization identification of order class students in secondary vocational schools.Schools should actively pay attention to the needs of the job market,and pay attention to the pertinence and effectiveness of order-class training;Students in order-class should make a reasonable positioning of their roles,correctly understand the expectations of enterprises on this basis,and work hard around how to realize the expectations of enterprises.Enterprises should actively establish the role of ownership,strictly control the order class selection of each link,take the initiative to enter the whole process of order class training.Schools,order-class students and enterprises perform their respective roles,helping order-class students to better achieve organizational identity.On the basis of identification,students and enterprises will have a common behavior,perception,thought and emotion.We regard ourselves and our enterprises as a community of common destiny,internalize the requirements of enterprise development and construction into our own needs,and create value for enterprises spontaneously.So as to further promote school-enterprise cooperation and realize the seamless connection between secondary vocational education and the job market.
