After more than ten years of new curriculum reform years,the "new school" language classroom has made significant progress in terms of operation and connotation compared to the "old school" language classroom.However,what deserves our vigilance is that the current language classroom is still far from perfect.Many language teachers at the front line of teaching still cannot get rid of the classroom efficiency problems that have been plaguing Chinese teaching for many years.At the stage of continuous improvement,different stages have also emerged.Of course,we should be glad that there are still a large number of advanced language education researchers to explore and discover new teaching models and solve the problems encountered in the "new school" language teaching.As the most famous contemporary Chinese teaching teacher,Yu Yingchao devoted his life to the practice of Chinese teaching.Based on his many years of teaching and practical experience,he combined with the long-term and in-depth study of the majority of Chinese teachers,and creatively put forward the "plate-type" teaching concept.Flexible use of a combination of several "sectors" to regulate students' classroom activities,exercise students' learning ability,enrich students' learning content,ensure students' learning efficiency,and form a teaching process structure classroom teaching.Based on the implementation of the "plate-type" teaching mode in high school,the author deeply analyzes the causes of problems through the summary of teaching experience,classroom teaching,teacher-student discussion and literature reference,and seeks measures to improve the effectiveness of the "plate-type" teaching concept.To build a language efficient classroom and to help improve the “new school” language classroom under the new curriculum reform concept.
