Standing long jump is one of the important testing items for junior high school students and above specified in the National Standard of students’ physical Health.Standing long jump is regarded as a compulsory test item in most cities.From the beginning of junior high school physical education teaching is also standing long jump as one of the contents of teaching materials.However,in the current physical education teaching,the vast majority of teachers generally lack the innovative design and application of diversified means in the process of teaching standing long jump technology.Basically,the routine methods of explaining,demonstrating,repeating exercises and correcting mistakes are used.Therefore,this article through the literature material law,the questionnaire survey law,the teaching experiment law,the mathematical statistics law,has carried on the development design and the concrete application experimental research to the middle school student standing long jump teaching method.Based on the characteristics and laws of the basic techniques of standing long jump,the characteristics of physical and mental development of junior middle school students and the investigation and analysis of the present situation of teaching,this paper puts forward the gymnastics mat inducing practice method to promote the learning effect of standing long jump of junior middle school students.The results show that:(1)Gymnastics mat induction exercises can more effectively promote students to master the standing long jump technology,improve the standing long jump performance,stimulate students’ interest in standing long jump.(2)The content design of gymnastic mat inducement should be closely centered on the movement characteristics and rules of the complete technique of standing long jump,and the action purpose and learning goal of each link should be clearly defined,according to the principle of combining disassembly with integrity;Carefully implement the specific means of inducement,normative,motivational,interesting.In the learning arrangement of the whole teaching unit,the gradual,cohesive,repetitive and diverse content process should be taken into account.(3)The gymnastic mat is placed between the feet and behind the body,and the rubber band is placed crosswise on the top of the head and behind the body to establish a clear preparatory posture for the limbs and the movement concept of the pre-swingingtechnique;Simple and effective standardization of the feet of the standing posture,pre-swing range,the extent of knee-bending squatting and coordination of upper and lower extremities force and other body posture.The gymnastic mat of continuous jumping of both feet at low height can promote students’ coordination of pushing and swinging and full stretching of pedaling.Receive abdomen lift leg forward stretch calf gymnastics mat,promote students to receive abdomen lift leg fully,forming calf active forward consciousness for reasonable landing posture ready.(4)Gymnastics mat inducement method of standing long jump is skillfully designed,easy to operate,safe and reliable,strong pertinence and high actual effect,especially suitable for junior middle school students who are new to standing long jump. |
