| In recent years,the management of physical education and health curriculum in China has implemented three levels of curriculum management: national,local and school.According to the physical and mental development characteristics and learning needs of children and adolescents,curriculum standards put forward the learning goals of students in different learning stages from five aspects of sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation.Standing long jump,as an important training method to develop the jumping ability of the lower limbs,is also one of the items to determine the muscle strength of the lower limbs.At the same time,the standing long jump is the "national primary and secondary school physical education and health teaching outline" enshrined in the one of the basic content of sports teaching of primary and secondary schools in China,is the study project in middle and primary school sports standard test,and in the national medium student physique monitoring in recent years,the ministry of education will also be standing long jump listed as one of the test project.Standing long jump has a high requirement on students’ physical quality.The four stages of standing long jump,including pre-swing,take-off,flying and landing,all have their special standard movements.If the movements are not accurate and standard,it will not only seriously affect the long jump performance of the jumpers,but also cause injuries due to the improper posture of the jumpers.In primary school physical health teaching,because the primary school students are still in the younger stage,from the physiological point of view,their individual physical strength is weak,poor coordination ability;From the psychological point of view,the students in the lower grades of primary school are not able to focus their attention well,which leads to the fact that they cannot accurately receive relevant information when the teacher explains the essentials of movements.In the four stages of standing long jump,pre-swing,take-off,flying and landing,landing stage requires students to keep their legs together and their feet parallel,with their arms swinging forward and knees bending forward quickly after landing to form a landing buffer.This is essential to avoid injury and to perform well.Therefore,how to let the elementary school students master the basic rules of standing long jump is a worthy research topic.The research on the development rules of the upper,lower and trunk movements of the standing long jump of the students in the lower grade of primary school is to enable teachers to more scientifically determine the teaching content of the standing long jump,improve the teaching effect,and provide a basis for the compilation of teaching materials.The exploration of teaching design is to verify the teaching effect of the content selected according to the law of action development.In Deyang city,sichuan province Huashan road class one,grade two,a total of 12 school students as the research object,selected experimental classes and that in comparative classes,through the film to record the study students standing long jump posture,through the analysis of the video software playback individually measured students standing long jump landing phase of the action,finally obtained the elementary school low section student standing long jump insufficient ground status and their impact on the standing long jump performance.The results showed that the students in the lower grade of primary school had the technical foundation of standing long jump,and they could take off and land at the same time.The second grade students’ lower limb extension is more sufficient,after the reasonable teaching guidance,the students’ lower limb extension movement has the obvious rationalization trend.After six weeks of teaching exploration experiment,students’ standing long jump landing stage tends to be full,at the same time,students’ standing long jump performance is obviously improved compared with traditional teaching.Conclusion: the development of students’ standing long jump has a certain regularity.The development of students’ standing long jump and landing is not sufficient for the students in the lower grade of primary school to analyze the movement and find out the crux of the problem.According to the development rule of standing long jump,targeted teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect and students’ standing long jump performance. |
