At the present stage,yoga has developed rapidly,and the learning population has been expanding.It is no longer a teaching for a few people.The craze for yoga learning has caused the lack of timely satisfaction of the needs of some people to learn yoga.The emergence of somatosensory interactive products has made the learning and practice of yoga in the somatosensory interaction mode attract more and more people s attention.However,there are many doubts about the effectiveness of somatosensory yoga teaching.In this paper,the effects of somatosensory-assisted teaching mode and traditional mode on teaching effect are studied experimentally,and the effect of somatosensory-assisted yoga teaching is obtained,and the causes of the effect are analyzed.Method:40 female college students from non-sports majors were selected as research subjects.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.These college students were randomly divided into an experimental group(20 participants in yoga learning under the somatosensory interaction)and a control group(20 participants in traditional yoga learning).The teaching stage is taught by the teacher.In the practice stage,the experimental group is practiced with the help of somatosensory interaction.The experimental group students are practicing independently.The experimental period was 12 weeks,twice a week,90 minutes each time.After the experiment,Students’ interests,academic performance,and progress of 40 students were measured.Conclusion:The results of the comparison showed that the average scores of the experimental group students were slightly better than those of the control group.The scores of the two groups of students were mostly stable and distributed between good and general;A comparison of the progress can be seen that the progress of the experimental group is slightly faster than that of the control group in the actual action teaching stage;In terms of interest,the control group had little change in interest before and after the experiment,while the experimental group students had a significant decrease in negative interest and positive interest before and after the experiment.Analysis:The somatosensory assisted teaching feeds back the movements of the students’ joint joints to the screen.During the student s learning process,they can visually see their own movement trajectories and movement completions,which facilitates timely error correction and avoids the phenomenon of more practice and more error.Somatosensory-assisted teaching enables students to smoothly change the passive situation in the traditional mode of self-exercise practice leaving the teacher,leaving the classmates due to motion forgetting and jamming or interruption.The somatosensory assisted teaching made the originally boring classroom relaxed and enjoyable with its own entertainment nature.In addition,the sense of immersive experience played a role in stimulating students’ interest in learning.As a result,the negative psychological feelings of resistance and fear in learning were gradually alleviated.The active learning mentality improved the concentration of learning.Good improvement of the classroom atmosphere.Compared with the single traditional mode,the somatosensory-assisted teaching has improved students’ interest in learning and learning effects.Somatosensory-assisted yoga teaching can provide new ideas,new models and new choices for the development of curriculum diversification.
