Study On The Characteristics Of Offensive Confrontation Under Physical Contact Of Elite Inside Players In WNBA

The WNBA is the top event in women's basketball in the United States and in the world.It was started in June 1997 and has been held for 21 consecutive years.During the 21 years of its continuous development and growth,it has cultivated a large number of excellent players,and gradually made the us women's basketball team the hegemony of the world and the representative of the highest level of women's basketball in the world.Among them,there are excellent interior players mainly represented by Lisa Leslie and Lauren Jackson,who have made great contributions to their respective teams and countries during their career.Their height advantages,vision,and have good physical quality and comprehensive skills,strong antagonism.The inside player is the "center" of a team,the inside player's performance in the game has a direct impact on the outcome of the whole team.This article uses the literature material method,expert interview method,video observation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,the 2018-2019 wnba league playoffs eight teams of eight post player under physical contact attack against technology combined with each index is analyzed,based on the various types of data collection and analysis,find out their common characteristics,trying to find out the problems with the Chinese women's basketball team insider coexist and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,for Chinese women's basketball team post player in the fight against technical training and provide a theoretical basis for improvement of the overall competitive level.The research results of this paper are as follows:1.The characteristics of offensive confrontation under physical contact of excellent inside players in WNBA are as follows: the form of confrontation,the type of physical contact of confrontation,the body part of confrontation,the body shape of confrontation,the field position of confrontation,the intensity of confrontation and the effect of confrontation.2.In the 2018-2019 season,the WNBA's best interior players are mainly aged 26 to 30 years old,and they are in the optimal stage of competitive level maintenance.Their body weight data and catole index data show that they are strong and substantial.3.When there is a ball offensive confrontation,the overall characteristics of the confrontation are: the main contact type is the ground,the main body contact parts are theupper limbs,forbidden zone and near region are evenly distributed in the confrontation,the attack efficiency under strong confrontation is high,solid foundation,comprehensive ability,stable performance.4.When attacking without the ball,the main characteristics of the overall confrontation are as follows: the main contact type is the ground,the main body contact part is the trunk,the main position of the field of the confrontation is near region,the confrontation is strong and the effect is good,the position grab is positive,the initiative attack,the confrontation ability is strong,the efficiency,good at using the body advantage "according to local conditions".5.In offensive rebounds against the whole,the overall combat characteristics as follows:the main contact type for ground combat,jump against and air against a balanced and main body contact parts for upper limbs,mainly against the court position to forbidden zone,and against the overall effect is quite good,on the one hand,a sign that they rushed rebound is positive,the courage to fight,but the overall offensive rebounds against a few times,and on the other hand,with the ball attack success rate is higher.
