Research On The Characteristics Of Post Players' Position In The 31st Olympic Games Men's Basketabll Team

Basketball game is showing the characteristics of high speed,high intensity and high confrontation,the player's physical fitness and technical level are constantly improving,the traditionally position of players has become increasingly blurred,many players can play multiple positions on the field,the post player's role in the game has gradually changed,However,the offensive and defensive tactics of the world's top teams are still inseparable from the post players.The offensive action of post players can effectively open up space,relieve outside pressure,and provide a solid guarantee for the team's offense and tactical implementation.The position characteristics of attacking post players in the 31 th Olympic Games men's basketball top four team as the research object in this article,and select eight games of the top four teams in the quarter-finals,semi-finals,three-four finals and finals of the finals as the survey objects,comprehensively study the positional characteristics of the post players in the quarterback attack,in order to summarize the development trend of the world's high-level men's basketball post players.In this study,literature data,expert interviews,video observations,and mathematical statistics were used to conduct statistics and research on offensive video clips of post players during the 31 st Olympic men's basketball top four team,through expert interviews to determine the evaluation index,from the post players shooting area characteristics,shooting composition characteristics,the face of the basket /back-to-basket offensive characteristics,the ratio of high / low touch the ball and elbow touch the ball to describe the position characteristics of five post players.The main results are as follows:(1)The overall shot area of post players has expanded in the top four-team,but the American center and the Australian power forward still use the offensive on the inside,while the inside and outside offensive lines of European post players are more comprehensive.(2)The overall top four-team post players are mainly jumpers.However,the American center is still dominated by dunks and tipping shots,and Australian andEuropean inside players are relatively full shots.(3)The overall top four team post players face the basket offensive.However,there are no significant differences in the face/back-to-basket offensive options of the players in the Americas,and the Australian and European players are obviously facing the basket offense.(4)The overall top four team post players dominate the high touches,but the center of the Americas and the Australian power forward are still dominated by low touches,while there is no big difference between European highs/lows.(5)The top four team use the post players elbow touch as the tactical hub.Post players are responsible for organizing the offensive and tactical operations.
