| The traditional higher education model originated from Europe before the Middle Ages.It was built on the medieval information scarcity model,and traditional higher education monopolized the spread of education.As traditional higher education shifts from elite to popular,the enrollment rate is constantly improving,the university’s institutional setup and management system are constantly being refined,and many problems are gradually exposed,such as declining quality of education,rigid management institutions,expensive tuition fees,and student skills.Social mismatches,etc.Modern society has entered the era of Web.2.0.The rapid development of information technology has made traditional higher education more and more mismatched with social development.Higher education urgently needs a revolution,making it once again an important exporter of social talents and an inventor of emerging technologies.This study starts with the MOOC teaching program for college students,which is launched by colleges or universities,or H-MOOC(Higher Education MOOC)teaching project,and clarifies the various forms of MOOC and traditional teaching in colleges.It provides a path for the reform of education and teaching in China and the transformation of talent training methods.Firstly,this study reviews the current status of foreign H-MOOC teaching projects.According to the Sustaining Innovation theory and the Disruptive Innovation theory proposed by Professor Clayton M.Christensen of Harvard University,the foreign HMOOC projects were classified.It is divided into the maintenance innovation theory model and the destructive innovation model.Two typical cases were selected from two different H-MOOC projects for case analysis,namely the French Digital University under the maintenance innovation model and the University of Minerva under the destructive innovation model.The implementation modes of these two cases—the teaching platform,the teaching team,the curriculum resources,the teaching model,and the teaching guarantee—have been thoroughly analyzed.On this basis,the research explores the deep relationship between people and technology,teaching and technology in the H-MOOC project under the maintenance innovation model and the destructive innovation model from the perspective of educational technology philosophy.Finally,on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the current status of H-MOOC project in China,combined with the experience of two different models of H-MOOC projects abroad,the development concept of the teaching platform was clarified,and a batch of HMOOC project development was accepted.The concept of the teaching team,the construction of a systematic curriculum system,as well as a supporting teaching model that focuses on learning experience and learning quality,seeks a full range of teaching guarantees,and escorts the further development of China’s H-MOOC project. |
