The modern school moral education in Japan started from the "self-cultivation" during the Meiji restoration period,and was changed to "moral time" after the Second World War under the influence of the United States.In recent years,with the development of information society and economic globalization,social problems have emerged in Japan,and the role of school moral education has been questioned.This phenomenon has aroused the attention of Japanese government to reform the moral education.In 2015,the Ministry of Culture and Science officially proposed to take "morality" as a "special discipline",establishing the discipline status of "morality",and started the reform of "Morality Disciplinization" in primary and secondary schools.The implementation of this reform has important implications for the reform and development of school moral education in China.This article adopts literature research method and comparative study method to study the reform of "Morality Disciplinization".The introduction mainly explains the origin of the problem,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,defines the core concepts,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and key points.The body part is divided into the following five chapters.The first chapter is the background of the “Morality Disciplinization” Reform,which was analyzed from the evolution process of moral education from "self-cultivation" to "moral time" after the Meiji restoration,the problems existing in the "moral time" education system and the values of society and the government;The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the “Morality Disciplinization” Reform.With the development of modern moral education theory,direct teaching has gradually emerged,which provides theoretical support for the reform of "Morality Disciplinization";The third chapter is the promotion of the “Morality Disciplinization” Reform.It analyzes the goal,content,curriculum design,textbook compilation,guidance method,evaluation method and teacher training from two aspects of policy and practice;The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the reform by the Japanese academic circle and society.Based on the theoretical support of yasuo tai and the critical questioning of hiroshi sanuki,the positive and negative evaluation is discussed.The last chapter is the enlightenment of “Morality Disciplinization” Reform for moral education reform in China,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of reform consciousness,guidance mode,evaluation mode,teacher training,emphasis on family,and the auxiliary role of social moral education.
