| Seal engraving art has always been at the edge of the art curriculum,and the traditional high school seal engraving classroom only stays at the stage of understanding the basic knowledge of seal engraving,which leads to the lack of attention to the high school seal engraving curriculum,the lack of recognition of the profound value implied in the seal engraving art “imprinting” and the neglect of the cultivation of students’ comprehensive literacy,making the seal engraving teaching in a prolonged downturn.As the second flourishing period of Chinese seal history,Zhao Zhiqian,an Indian in the late Qing Dynasty,opened up a new situation for the seal industry with the idea of “Besides seal cutting”,and put a lot of practice into seal carving creation,which affected the concept of seal carving creation since the late Qing Dynasty.“Yin Wai Qiu Yin” is a creative exploration based on the concept of seal-carving patriarchal clan system of “Yin Zong Qin Han”,which has two meanings.One is to print ancient relics such as tiles,Han bricks,Zhongding,Qinquan,stele brown,mirror inscriptions,image-making,spring coins and the other is to express the perception of all things in the world in the form of seal-carving creation,and the result is also different from person to person.Personal accomplishments,perceptions,concepts and other comprehensive qualities are determined.This idea is of great guiding significance to seal engraving teaching in contemporary high schools.The author gets the following enlightenment through the theoretical exploration of “Yin Wai Qiu Yin”.Firstly,from the creative concept of “Yin Wai Qiu Yin”,it has a certain positive effect on the high school seal-cutting classroom and has a reference significance for the improvement of teaching methods.Secondly,through the metaphysical exploration of "Offshore" to extend the humanistic value of seal carving art,it is of great significance to the cultivation of students’ core literacy.“Yin Wai Qiu Yin” is to enrich students’ knowledge horizons,mobilize students’ multiple integrations of comprehensive knowledge,develop new contents beyond and related to disciplines through prototype analysis,exploration and element connection of “Yin Wai Qiu Yin”,extend to the implied humanistic value,and finally return to seal-cutting art itself through seal-cutting creation.The whole process is tight butopen.Starting from the thinking thread of "seeking seals from India",this paper explores the teaching of seal engraving in senior high schools in order to embody the new interpretation of "seeking seals from India" in seal engraving classes in senior high schools.Firstly,the function and value of seal engraving teaching in senior high school and the cultivation of students’ core qualities are obtained from the theoretical explanation of “Yin Wai Qiu Yin” and Xiao Xingyin.Secondly,the existing problems of seal engraving classes in senior high schools are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the shortcomings of seal engraving classes in senior high schools.Thirdly,from different perspectives,the teaching strategies from appreciation to technique and the extension of seal engraving teaching content in senior high school are explained.Fourthly,to supplement the content of classroom practice cases,better fit the theme of the paper,to test the theoretical standards of practice.Fifth,Summay and prospect of seal carving art. |
