Study in grade seven students as subjects,the concept of time monitoring the relevant theoretical knowledge combined with psychological health class,and according to the seventh grade students' psychological development characteristics,as well as the school's actual situation,mental health education as the main way,designs the section about the seventh grade students time monitoring view education intervention program.The course focuses on the concept of time monitoring and its five dimensions,aiming to improve the time management ability of the seventh grade students.Through statistical analysis of the pre-test,real-time post-test and delayed post-test data of the time monitoring level of the experimental class and the control class,as well as the analysis of the content of the master test of the time management method,the effect of course intervention was tested by combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The results showed that the experimental classes in setting obj ectives,priorities and time monitoring view of immediate post-test score is significantly higher than control class,and in a month later,the experimental classes in setting goals scored significantly higher than control class,and the experimental class students in setting objectives,planning,priority and the general concept of time monitoring are improved.It shows that the intervention scheme of time monitoring view has certain effect.
