The ideological and moral course is a comprehensive course which integrates theoretical knowledge,social participation and moral cultivation.Ideological and moral classroom teaching requires under limited space,time and resources,which the pursuit of the largest social and spiritual benefits,that is,to ensure the efficiency of classroom teaching.Time management is one of the necessary conditions to ensure the efficiency of classroom teaching.Therefore,the classroom time management is the teacher should master the basic teaching skills,but also to improve students' academic achievement of the inevitable requirement.In view of this problem,this article uses the classroom observation and the form of teacher interviews,by way of the specific case----Nanning F secondary school seventh grade ideological and moral classroom situation----to understand and analyze the existing classroom time management situation,we reach conclusion that teachers have time management awareness,and put the sense of time management into the daily classroom teaching.But there is a difference in the degree of attention to time management.This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of the seventh grade ideological and moral classroom,including the time management in teaching and discipline management,the time management of different classes and teaching hours,the time management in teaching and teaching methods.At the same time,the difference in the degree of attention to time management will lead to some problems in classroom time management,mainly due to too much teacher-led time and imbalance in teaching methods.In order to strengthen the time management and improve the efficiency of the classroom,for the classroom time management problems,which is the corresponding optimization strategy:First,to enhance the teacher's sense of time management,attention to classroom time planning;Second,students play the initiative to enhance teachers and students interaction;Third,the flexibility to adjust the classroom time.This paper analyzes the importance of time management and the existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effective use of classroom in the junior middle school stage from the existing experience.
