The growing demand for applied technology talents in today’s society has promoted the rapid development of secondary vocational education schools in China.The number of secondary vocational education schools has increased,and the expansion of school scale will inevitably require the construction of an excellent faculty.The development of China’s secondary vocational education is highly valued by the whole society,but the quality of talent training is not very satisfactory.There is still a big gap between the quality of talents and the requirements of employers.A very important factor in the current situation of this education is that The enthusiasm of teachers in vocational colleges is generally not high.Under the realistic background of increasing teaching pressure,the incentive mechanism of teachers in secondary vocational schools has not been effectively adjusted.The result is that the enthusiasm of teachers is greatly reduced,which directly affects the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools and schools.Long-term development.This paper chooses the typical secondary vocational colleges of Benxi City as a research object,combines the specific content of relevant incentive theory to meet the needs of teachers,and strives to comprehensively grasp the specific problems of teachers’ motivation in Benxi City.On the top,adjust basic needs,minimize teacher dissatisfaction,optimize higher-level needs,maximize teacher satisfaction,and thus enhance teachers’ enthusiasm for work.This paper first discusses the research background and significance,domestic and foreign literature review,research methods and ideas,etc.,which leads to the research topic,and clarifies the research focus and framework.Then the related concepts and theories are elaborated,and the contents of secondary vocational colleges,teachers and related incentive theories are elaborated,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the writing of the thesis.Then,with the help of field interviews,comprehensively understand the incentives,contents and effects of teachers in the secondary vocational schools in Benxi City,and then comprehensively and in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the incentives of teachers in the school,thus providing direction for the improvement of the teachers’ incentives.Basic basis.Finally,based on the actual situation of the secondary vocational colleges in Benxi City,aiming at the problems existing in the teacher incentives,using the incentive theory to construct the teacher incentives for the teachers in the secondary vocational schools in Benxi City,to ensure the incentives Effectiveness.
