The development speed of tourism industry in Zhejiang Province is very fast,especially since Zhejiang provincial Party committee and government put forward the goal of "the whole province's big garden",Zhejiang Province has made every effort to promote the tourism industry to be bigger,stronger,better and better,to develop tourism products in depth,to promote the standardization of tourism service,and to improve the quality and efficiency of tourism development.Through the implementation of a series of combination boxing,such as rural tourism revitalization,whole area tourism,and Wancun scenic spots,Zhejiang Province has greatly improved the tourism economic efficiency,and the tourism industry has become one of the "trillion industries".Zhejiang's tourism industry is growing rapidly,so Zhejiang's tourism industry has made great progress Owens,,the problem of tourism human resources has gradually become an important problem to be solved in the sustainable and high-quality development of tourism industry.On the basis of combing the existing tourism human resources literature and the problems of tourism human resources in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the current situation and Countermeasures of tourism human resources in Zhejiang Province under the background of global tourism.This paper first summarizes the concept and research results of tourism human resources,expounds the concept,characteristics and related literature research of tourism human resources;then,combined with relevant data,research results and expert interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism human resources in Zhejiang Province under the background of global tourism from the perspective of new characteristics and new demands,and summarizes the tourism of Zhejiang Province Tourism human resources problems.Finally,this paper puts forward five suggestions on the existing problems: to expand the total amount of tourism human resources;to establish a scientific incentive system for tourism human resources;to formulate policies for the introduction and training of high-end tourism talents;to improve the marketization degree of tourism human resources;to establish the concept of large scenic spots,in terms of human resources,to replace the small with the big,and to take the strong with the weak.
