Research On The Impact Of Educational Human Capital On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Underdeveloped Areas

Since the reform and opening-up,China’s economy has developed rapidly.If we want to achieve higher-quality and high-efficiency economic development,we must adjust our industrial structure to the economic development,human capital is one of the important factors that influence the evolution of industrial structure to rationalization and upgrading,and education plays a very important role in improving the level of human capital.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between educational human capital and industrial structure upgrading.Especially for the underdeveloped areas,a reasonable industrial structure is more conducive to the development of the local economy.This article mainly studies the human capital to the industrial structure promotion influence,and unifies our country actual present situation,proposed the corresponding opinion and the proposal,specifically includes the following content:First of all,by using the method of literature analysis,the existing data are sorted out,analyzed and summarized,and different viewpoints about the related research contents are extracted,and the research on educational human capital and industrial upgrading at home and abroad is systematized,it also defines the related concepts involved in the article,introduces the theories related to human capital and industrial structure,and the mechanism of human capital’s influence on the upgrading of industrial institutions,etc.,through the theoretical analysis to pave the way for the empirical analysis.Secondly,this paper selects the panel data of 500 counties in 11 contiguous povertystricken areas from 2013 to 2017 as the research sample,and takes the number of students in secondary vocational education as the independent variable to measure the educational human capital,the fixed effect model is used to study the influence of educational human capital on the first and the secondary sector of the economy respectively.The results show that the secondary vocational education has played a significant role in promoting the development of primary sector of the economy in less developed areas,it has a restraining effect on the secondary sector of the economy of the region,and the vocational education has no promoting effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure of the contiguous poverty-stricken areas.In addition,the influence of the vocational education on the industrial structure is obviously heterogeneous,and the research results are different according to the different contiguous areas and the Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships.As far as the primary industry is concerned,according to the division of different districts,the vocational education has played a significant role in restraining the development of the primary industry in the Luoxiaoshan,Lüliang and Qinba Mountain areas,it has promoted the development of the primary industry in the rocky desertification area of Guizhou and Guangxi,but has no obvious influence on the development of the primary industry in other areas;as far as the secondary sector of the economy is concerned,the vocational education had a significant inhibitory effect on the development of the secondary sector of the economy in the Wuling District Mountain area,the rocky desertification area of yunnan-guangxi Guizhou and the Lüliang Mountain area,but had no obvious effect on the development of the secondary sector of the economy in the other areas.According to the division of East,middle,West,and northeast,there is obvious heterogeneity in the role played by the vocational education to the secondary sector of the economy.The vocational education has played a significant role in promoting the development of the primary industry in the poor counties in the western region,but not in the other regions;the vocational education has played a significant role in promoting the development of the secondary sector of the economy in the poor counties in the eastern region,it has a restraining effect on the development of secondary sector of the economy in the central and western parts of China,but has no obvious effect on the development of secondary sector of the economy in the northeast.In order to carry on the contrast research,we also selected 87 prefecture-level cities sample data in the less developed area to carry on the analysis,through the correlation prefecture-level city data analysis result,the secondary vocational education to the primary industry function is not obvious,the secondary sector of the economy will contribute significantly to the transformation and development of the city,and will contribute to the rationalization of the city’s industrial structure.And finally,on the basis of the research results,suggestions are put forward to optimize the environment of vocational education,increase the fund input of vocational education,optimize the vocational education structure,pay attention to the connotative development of vocational education,and provide employment opportunities for students who accept vocational education.
