A Practical Study On The Reform Of Physical Education In Dalian Secondary Vocational Schools

Party's eighteen big since,our country school sports work closely around xi promote students health of body and mind full scale development put forward by the general secretary of the basic goals,speeding up physical education teaching reform,students' physical health level significantly increased,and support the development of school physical education evaluation mechanism,guarantee mechanism,and promote the mechanism construction emphatically,provides strong support for our country school sports development.Through investigation and research,the overall development of physical education reform in China is relatively rapid at present,but due to the impact of exam-oriented education,some schools attach little importance to physical education.This paper makes a comparative study of the physical education teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation before and after the reform of physical education in dalian commercial school by means of literature materials,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and summary.To understand whether physical education has an impact on students' physical quality,mental health,professional quality,interpersonal communication and other abilities after the reform of physical education in dalian commercial school,so as to explore whether physical education reform is significant for promoting students' physical and mental health development.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the physical education reform of dalian commercial school,this paper puts forward the measures to further improve the physical education reform of dalian commercial school.The research concludes that: 1.Before the reform of physical education,due to the exam-oriented education,dalian commercial school paid more attention to the cultivation of students' professional skills,and students' physical exercise time was not guaranteed,and students' physical fitness and sports skills declined.2.Before the reform,the physical education management of dalian commercial school was lax.The physical education objectives,contents,methods and evaluation system were not perfect.3.After the reform of physical education teaching,on the basis of the original teaching content,the degree of students' liking for courses has been increased;The teacher added the quality development training method in the teaching,which made the teaching more comprehensive and improved the students' interest in learning.4.After the reform of physical education in dalian commercial school,physical education has exerted a positive influence on students' physicalquality,mental health,professional quality and interpersonal skills.5.The physical education reform carried out by dalian commercial school has achieved remarkable results,and the design of physical education links can meet the comprehensive development of students.In view of these problems,the author puts forward some measures to further improve the physical education reform in dalian commercial school: 1.2.Optimize teaching methods and expand teaching contents.3.Strengthen the publicity of PE teaching reform.4.Strengthen the combination of theory and practice in PE teaching reform.5.Accelerate the transformation from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education.
