College students' employment has been a focus of social problems.How to ensure job-hunting quality is an important issue raised by the 18th CPC National Congress.Students' social relationships,human capital,job search skills and other factors play an important role to the success of job-hunting.With the continuous development of Internet technology,Facebook,Linkedln,Sina micro blogging,micro letter as the representative of the emerging social networking services are flourishing.The development of social networking services has brought great changes to our work and life.College students are the main user of social networking services,also social networking recruitment applications become a new channel for college students hunting jobs.Most scholars have researched the impact of college students' human capital,offline social relationship on job-hunting quality.But the impact of college students 'online social relationships,human capital on job-hunting quality has not be researched.Therefore,this research will discuss the relationship between the human capital of college students,online social relationships and job-hunting quality.This study distributes questionnaires to 304 college students.In order to test theoretical models and hypotheses,this article uses SPSS 19.0 to analyze valid data?Relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)Online social relationships can be divided into four factors,namely contact strength,tools,heterogeneity,distribution.(2)College students' human capital has a significant positive impact on their online social job-hunting quality.(3)College students' online social relationships have a significant positive impact on online social job-hunting quality.(4)Coliege students' human capital play a partial mediating role on College students' online social relationships and online social job-hunting quality.(5)Students,demographic variables have significant differences to its human capital,social relationships and job-hunting quality.For the above conclusion,we propose the following reconmendations for college students:Students should be familiar with the social networking services of job applications,and maintain online social job-hunting normalization.Students should enhance their interpersonal skills,strengthen online social relationships.Students should be rational to use social network services,and preparer job-hunting activity.
