Study On The Promotion Of College Student Entrepreneurial Leadership In Jiangxi Province

"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is a new engine for China's economic and social development in the new situation,providing persistent motivation for China's future economic development and profoundly affecting all aspects of economic and social life.With the blaring horns of "double innovation" and the introduction of a series of related preferential policies for innovation and entrepreneurship,the double innovation activities have more and better environment and conditions,which have greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of contemporary college students for innovation and entrepreneurship.In this era background,the entrepreneurial rate of college students in China keeps increasing,but compared with some developed countries in Europe and America,the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship in China is far lower than the international average.Both theory and practice have fully proved that there is a close relationship between the entrepreneurial leadership of college students and the success rate of their entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial leadership is a key factor for the success of college students' entrepreneurship.Therefore,enhancing the research on the entrepreneurial leadership of college students and seek the road of improving the entrepreneurial leadership of college students will not only be beneficial to improving the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship,but also have a positive effect on promoting the realization of the strategic goal of innovation-driven development in China.On the basis of the literature research,this paper has made elaboration and theoretical construction of the entrepreneurial leadership of college students based on the theories of leadership traits,charismatic leadership and competence.With research methods such as questionnaire and interviews,the empirical research on the college students entrepreneurial leadership status in Jiangxi province and the related situation has been carried out.By sorting and statistical analysis of data we have found that the current college students entrepreneurial leadership status in Jiangxi province is not very ideal,there are still many problems,such as insufficient understanding of entrepreneurial leadership,imbalanced entrepreneurial leadership structure,lagging entrepreneurial leadership education and so on.The research shows that the causes of these problems are various,including the factors at the government level,as well as the factors at the social level,including the factors at the college level,as well as the factors at the individual level.Therefore,in the end,this paper proposes some targeted measures and suggestions for the improvement of entrepreneurial leadership of college students from four different perspectives,including the government,society,colleges and individuals,so as to provide some references for the improvement of entrepreneurial leadership of college students in Jiangxi province and even the whole country.
