Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Cheerleading Competition In China

Cheerleading as a new sport project in China.Its vitality,health,and sunshine image are deeply loved by the masses.At present,the cheerleading program in China has a good campus foundation and frequent competition activities.The population participating in cheering sports is growing rapidly,the popularity is expanding,and the level of sports competition is improving.In order to further standardize the development of the cheerleading competition and enhance the influence of the cheering competition,this thesis took the cheering competition as the research object,fully borrowed and absorbed the successful experience of other sports competition system,and mainly used the literature data method and experts.Research methods such as interviews and mathematical statistics methods are based on objective perspectives,and discuss the status of our country's cheerleading competition from three aspects:the system of cheerleading competitions in China,geographical differences,and the spread and promotion of cheerleading competitions.Analyze the problems existing in the current Chinese cheerleading competition,and propose a solution to the construction of the fourth level competition of cheer leading in China,research shows:(1)China's cheering competitions are mainly conducted independently or jointly under the management of the National Cheerleading Committee of the National Sports Administration Center of the State Sports General Administration and the China Undergraduate Sports Association of the Ministry of Education;there are numerous events and significant achievements.The development prospects are considerable;in terms of organizational structure,they are the heads of two parallel departments and are managed from the top down;at the level of competition,there are provincial and national level competitions;at the competition level,the development between regions is not balanced.In the competition operation mode,the degree of marketization of the cheering competition in China is not high.(2)The main problems in China's current cheerleading competition are:uneven geographical development of cheerleading,lack of quality competitions,insufficient promotion of cheerleading competitions,and low social recognition and attention;The degree of correlation between them is not high,and a new competition system needs to be established to connect the large and small events to form a development complex.(3)In order to promote the sustainable development of cheerleading in China,this paper proposes four strategies.First,the combination of sports and education strengthens the functional advantages.Second,it optimizes the organization and management of competitions,opens barriers to competition levels,and thirdly,diversifies the development of competition models and improves the degree of competition in the market.Fourth,innovate the competition system and build a four-level cheering competition system in China:Cheerleading,Cheerleading,Cheerleading,and Cheerleading.Gradually transition to the fourth-level competition system on the basis of retaining the existing competition system;at the same time,establish a guarantee system for the four-level competition system:establish a four-level competition system for the classification system,competition qualification system,athlete hierarchy and training program,and competition incentive system,competition evaluation system and race schedule system to ensure the virtuous operation of the four-level competition system.
