Optimization Countermeasures On Serving Local Economic Development To Suqian College

The rise and development of knowledge-based economy brings about deep transformation of the economic growth mode,and the dependence of social production on resources is turning to knowledge.Therefore colleges and universities are pushed to the center of the economic and social development,and are closely related to the local economic development.To achieve the coordination and the interactive with the local economy has become a consensus.To explore an effective services to local economic development is the current urgent need in the development of local colleges and universities.Through the methods of comparative analysis,field survey and literature analysis,combining with the functions of local colleges and taking Suqian College as an example,the current situation of local economic development in Suqian is analyzed and studied.Using the experience of higher education and economic development at home and abroad for reference,this study discusses how to optimize the functions of local colleges and universities in serving the economic and social development,analyzes the problems occurring in the service process,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures,so as to provide references for promoting the coordinated development of them.This research has combed the theory and practical experience of the domestic and foreign universities' service to the regional economic development.Taking Suqian College as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of local economy on the development of colleges and universities in Suqian and the role of colleges in the local economy.Through the economic development of Suqian,the paper discusses the specific measures of Suqian College's serving the development of local economy,including the analysis of changes of GDP in recent years,the adjustment of industrial results,the economic development policy and planning of Suqian,and the development status of Suqian College and the study of the cases of suqian college in talent cultivation,teaching reform,scientific and technological innovation and social service.This study also analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the development of local economy of the college's services.Such as university personnel training subject,training scale and local economic and social demand matching degree.The conversion rate of scientific research level and actual achievement is low,and the influence on local economic development is insufficient.The government has more administrative intervention on colleges and universities,and the fund in them is lack,which affects the development of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities are not keen on serving enterprises and the service level is not high.In view of these problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:Optimize the scale and structure of subject majors according to the regional economic development needs.Pay more attention to the connotation construction,improve the quality of running school,rely on the industries and realize the study of industry-university-institute cooperation.Establish a sound scientific research management system and incentive mechanism to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The government should change its functions to attract and retain outstanding professionals.
