Initial teachers are an important part of the teaching staff.For new teachers,they have no working experience,and will encounter various difficulties and problems in daily teaching and education management,which will hinder the professional development of new teachers to a certain extent.Especially in rural schools where education is relatively weak,the professional development of new teachers is often neglected.In recent years,with the theory of educational equity and balanced development in China,rural education has attracted the attention of all walks of life.The professional development of rural school teachers,especially beginning teachers,has become a focus of the whole educational circle.The research takes 26 rural primary school teachers in litian town,liling city,as the research object,understands the current situation of the professional development of the first teachers in rural areas,analyzes the factors influencing the professional development of the first teachers,and puts forward the approaches to promote the professional development of the first teachers in rural areas.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction of this paper.This part mainly elaborates the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and related concepts of this paper.The second part explains the theories related to the professional development of new teachers.This paper analyzes teachers quality theory,teacher professional development theory and compulsory education balanced development theory.The third part makes an analysis of the current situation of the professional development of rural first-time teachers.The author finds that the current situation of rural first-time teachers is mainly manifested in the following aspects:lack of professionalism and self-confidence,lack of teaching experience,lack of management ability,weak demand and awareness of professional development,and teachers' training needs to be strengthened;The fourth part analyses the factors affecting the professional development of new teachers.It is mainly divided into internal and external causes,the main internal causes are teachers' low professional identity,wrong consciousness and lack of self-determination;the external causes mainly include the lack of flexibility of teacher management system and the single and outdated way of training and learning;The fifth part is mainly discussing the ways to promote the professional development of rural first-time teachers.Teachers must establish the concept of lifelong learning by themselves,and schools,society and relevant education departments should serve the professional development of rural first-time teachers with "humanized" external conditions.
