Professional Ethics Education Method For Tourism Management Majors In Higher Vocational Colleges

In China's economic structure,tourism is occupying an increasingly important position,which has greatly promoted the growth of China's national economy.With the rapid development of tourism industry,the demand for tourism talents has been increasing,higher vocational colleges have become the main force in training tourism management professionals.However,in today's expanding enrollment of higher vocational colleges,the professional ethics of tourism management professionals are uneven,and a series of ethical misconduct of tourism practitioners have emerged,resulting in damage to the professional image of tourism managers,affecting the employment of tourism management students and the healthy development of tourism industry.Therefore,the state has always attached great importance to the professional ethics education of tourism management students.For the tourism management majors of higher vocational colleges,it is imperative to strengthen professional ethics education.However,from the current situation of vocational ethics education for students majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges,its educational effect is not high.In recent years,The exposure of various professional ethics issues in the tourism industry is a reflection of the current status of professional ethics education in tourism management majors in higher vocational colleges.Constantly exploring and practicing effective methods of professional ethics education is an important issue facing the professional management of tourism management in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,this thesis has carried out research on the methods and effects of students' professional ethics education in the tourism management major of higher vocational colleges,including seven aspects:Firstly,expounding the research background and significance of this topic,and analyzing The research status of vocational education in vocational education in vocational colleges,the research content and the research methods used;Secondly,it summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of tourism management specialty and professional ethics education,including social learning theory and moral cognitive development stage theory;Thirdly,it investigates tourism management in higher vocational colleges.This paper investigates the current situation of professional ethics education for students majoring in tourism management,and clarifies the existing problems of professional ethics education for students majoring in tourism management;Fourthly,it analyses the causes of the current situation of professional ethics education for students majoring in tourism management,and mainly explores the factors of society,schools,families and students.This paper probes into the methods of professional ethics education for students majoring in tourism management.It mainly discusses the methods of professional ethics education from the following aspects:strengthening the multiparty cooperation among schools,families and society,establishing a complete evaluation system of professional ethics through curriculum,teaching methods,self-improvement and so on.It is a practical verification of professional ethics education methods for students majoring in tourism management;Sixth,it is a practical study of professional ethics education methods for students majoring in tourism management,and its educational effect is analyzed;Seventh,it summarizes the main contents and conclusions of this study.
