To enhance conservation and education quality,promote the development of the preschool education has become the core issue in the field of preschool education,this actually reflects the social attention from all walks of life for preschool teachers quality.Teachers’ evaluation index as a quantitative measure of the quality of teachers,scientific,It’s scientificity and operability require us to consider.Teachers’ professional knowledge as the knowledge base for improving the quality of Teachers,It is important for preschool teachers to recognize the present situation of professional knowledge and promote professional development by constructing scientific evaluation index of professional knowledge,This will also promote the improvement of the quality of preschool education.Based on the construction of evaluation index of preschool teachers’ professional knowledge,This study uses literature,interview,expert consultation,questionnaire and other research methods to build an evaluation index to promote preschool teachers’ professional development,It can also provide reference for kindergarten teachers in Shanxi province.The classification of primary and two level indicators in this study is to classify the professional standards of preschool teachers and the classification of professional knowledge by experts.Therefore,this study mainly constructs the three level index:First of all,through interviews with 45 outstanding kindergartens in Shanxi,textual data were arranged to determine the initial indicators.Then through the issuance of the questionnaire for the design of evaluation indicators for the evaluation of professional knowledge of preschool teachers,20 experts were consulted,and the evaluation index was screened and revised.Finally,through the questionnaire survey of 300 preschool teachers and the use of project analysis,correlation analysis,reliability test method to further verify the index.Finally,the three level indicators for the evaluation of preschool teachers’ professional knowledge are formed.Among them,there are 27 three level indicators for children’s development knowledge,44 grade three indicators for infant care and education,and 27 grade and three index for general knowledge.On this basis,the research rethinks the shortcomings of this study from the two aspectsof the selection of the research object and the self factors of the researcher.And the corresponding suggestions are given for the application of the evaluation index in the future.
