Since the reform and opening up,China's educational undertakings have achieved remarkable results.The preschool education undertaking,which is the starting point for basic education,has also been developed in the wake of the promulgation of the “Promotion of Private Education Promotion Law” in 2013.On the whole,the rate of kindergarten admission for children has increased significantly in China.Regardless of whether it is in a relatively economically developed city or a relatively backward economy,the problem of “difficulties in entering the park” has been alleviated.On the surface,the privately-owned gardens where social forces have risen have largely increased the rate of children's admission to the school,improved the plight of children's admission to the park,and in-depth analysis of China's preschool education as a whole,but it remains to be investigated by researchers.Teachers as the main body of school education,are direct educators.It plays a leading role in the education process and plays a decisive role in improving the quality of education.This article has conducted an in-depth investigation of the loss level of private kindergarten teachers in rural areas of M County,Jilin Province,and on the basis of fully affirming the current achievements of China's preschool education,it analyzes the stability of the teaching staff in the rural areas of Jilin Province,and thus for the government and the general society.Pre-school education quality assessment provides a reference.The main contents of the study include:First,based on the theory of education fairness,cost sharing theory,goal consensus theory and Maslow's self-fulfilling personality view,it explores the impact of the loss of preschool teachers and analyzes the deep causes of teacher loss.Second,the status quo survey.This research mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to study the situation of the loss of rural preschool teachers mainly from rural kindergarten teachers in M counties in Jilin Province from 2013 to 2016.The survival situation of preschool teachers in rural areas,and that of rural kindergartens Management is truly portrayed.Third,analysis of impact and causes.Based on the survey data,we describe the impact of teacher churn on society,and analyze the causes of teacher churn.We conclude that the causes of churn for preschool teachers stem from the fact that private kindergartens and kindergarten teachers themselves.Fourth,countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the above reasons,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the situation of teachers' loss.Including three aspects: The government promotes urbanization from the overall society,speeds up the development of rural private gardens,leans towards rural private gardens,consolidates the teachers' social status,improves the transfer payment system for private kindergartens,improves the welfare of teachers,and grasps the expertise of preschool teachers.The development needs,the establishment and cultivation of county team of experts;private kindergartens fundamentally establish the modern management philosophy of management is service,to achieve people-centered,provide appropriate training opportunities for preschool teachers;private kindergarten teachers to balance the relationship between work and family,Correctly position self-character,enhance self-career realm,enhance self-planning ability,and establish the concept of lifelong learning.
