| Badminton is a kind of ball sports which can fight batting each other.With the development of society,badminton has gradually become one of the netted sporting events that the masses of people love.However,in the elementary badminton practice training,the conventional techniques of badminton are often emphasized too much,while the effects of the retrograde decomposition training method are neglected.Conventional teaching methods can no longer satisfy the desire of the public at large for the badminton skills.In order to achieve the desired training effect in a shorter period of time,it is necessary to improve teaching methods so that they can keep up with the times and meet the needs of the society.According to the relevant characteristics and structure of badminton sports,in the teaching and practice practice,I assumed that after the teaching of the smashing technique for the back court of the badminton by using the retrograde decomposition training method,the students’ skill in the accuracy of the spiking of the badminton would be improved,that all aspects of the students’ physical fitness and the speed of the swing would have greatly improved and that the improvement in skills would also led to an increase in students’ confidence and interests in learning badminton.In order to test the hypothesis,I studied the Badminton Club of Hebei Normal University and conducted a subject training experiment entitled “A experimental study of smashing in the back court on badminton teaching by using Retrograde decomposition training method”.In order to ensure the rigorousness of the experiment,I randomly selected 30 male students from 98 club members,One group is the control group(15 students),the other group is the experimental group(15 students).In the teaching experiment process,teaching time,teaching hours,teaching goals and equipment must be consistent.In order to prevent external objective conditions from affecting the results of this paper,I mainly use a double-blind teaching experiment method,which is conducive to the authenticity of the experiment,helps eliminate the influence of subjective factors of students,and prevents students from having a rebellious mentality.The experiment time is December 2017,one month,a total of 16 class hours.The experiment carried out different teaching methods for the control group and the experimental group to compare the differencesin skill level,confidence and interest between the two groups of students before and after the experiment,and to verify the validity and practicality of the retrograde decomposition training method,and to verify that it is more suitable for the teaching of badminton after-court smashing than conventional training.In this paper,literature research methods,investigation methods,mathematical statistics methods,experimental methods and other research methods are used.Based on the psychological and physical characteristics of the research objects,and the technical level of various aspects of badminton,and the law of the formation of motor skills,combined with the characteristics of badminton teaching practice,I use the retrograde decomposition training method for the experimental group,and still use the conventional teaching method for the control group.After 16 hours of badminton experiment teaching,4 test evaluations on the smash accuracy and swing strength of the research subjects,and conduct hypothesis verification through the analysis of the data;during the experiment,three questionnaire surveys were conducted for 30 students.The first two questionnaire surveys were conducted before the experimental teaching.The interval was one month apart in order to test the validity of the questionnaire;the last one was at the end of the experiment.After analyzing the degree of difference before and after the experiment with self-confidence,interest,quality of teaching,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the precision of badminton smashing,students who are trained by the reverse decomposition training method in a short period of time are better than those of the regular training method,badminton smash accuracy is greatly improved.However,with the advancement of teaching time,the smashing accuracy levels of the two groups of students tend to be consistent.(2)On the speed of badminton smashing,students who have passed the reverse decomposition training method in a short period of time are faster than students in the regular training method.Badminton smashes the swing faster and more threatening.Similarly,with the advancement of teaching time,the two groups of students tend to be consistent in swing speed.(3)After badminton experiment teaching,the two groups of students have high interest in learning,increased satisfaction with badminton classes,and increased self-confidence in badminton.But there is no significant difference between the two groups of students. |
