| The technique of forehand smash in badminton has an important role in badminton competition. The skilled use of forehand smash technique requires excellent muscle strength and complete and reasonable smash technique. As a means of noninvasive diagnosis of muscle working characteristics, surface electromyography test has been widely used in the field of sports research. However,at this stage, there are few studies on the sports biomechanics direction of badminton flight forehand smash technology, and there are deficiencies in equipment, muscle selection, electromyography index selection and analysis methods. This study takes this as the breakthrough point, and makes a comparative study on the surface electromyography characteristics of upper limb, trunk and lower limb muscles in the process of forehand smashing technique of different levels of male badminton players in situ. From the perspective of overall movement and each stage of movement, this paper describes and analyzes the electromyography indexes of different muscles in this technical movement, and explores the differences in the surface electromyography characteristics of forehand smashing technique of different levels of male badminton players in situ,so as to provide reference for the improvement and daily training of forehand smashing technique of badminton in situ.In this study,18 male badminton special athletes of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education were divided into three groups(N=6): first-level group(national first-level),second-level group(national second-level)and third-level group(national third-level).By using 16-channel NORAXON wireless surface electromyography instrument and JVC high-speed camera for surface electromyography test, the original surface electromyography data of 14 muscles selected in the forehand smash technique were obtained. After statistical processing of the original data,SPSS26.0software was used to perform one-way analysis of variance on indicators such as integrated EMG value, root mean square amplitude value, muscle contribution rate and initial discharge time, and LSD test method was used for post-hoc multiple comparisons. Conclusion :1.In the process of complete technical movements, the order of the proportion of the optimal duration of each stage is : take-off rack-beat stage >follow-up rack-beat stage > swing rack-beat stage > squat preparation stage;the upper trapezius muscle bundle and the middle deltoid muscle bundle were the main force muscles. The muscle contribution rate and root mean square amplitude of the arm muscle group, core muscle group and lower limb muscle group in the first grade group were significantly higher than those in the second and third grade groups, and the whiplash power chain transmission was more efficient. The change characteristics of the integrated electromyography value of the test muscles in different level groups showed two trends of increasing gradually or increasing first and then decreasing. The related muscles in the first level group were not activated prematurely or were in a tense state for a long time, and could reach the maximum strength faster. The activation order of the test muscles in the three level groups was basically in line with the transmission order of the power chain. The higher the level, the higher the degree of fit.2.In the preparation stage of squatting, the discharge volume of lower limb muscles and trapezius upper bundle is ranked in the top and the muscle contribution rate is higher. The muscle contribution rate of rectus femoris in the first and second groups is significantly different from that in the third group. The activation degree of the core muscles in the three level groups is low,and the shoulder muscles and arm muscles in the third group have early force.3.During the take-off racket stage, the higher the level, the greater the discharge of the core area muscle group and the lower limb muscle group and the higher the degree of activation. The cooperation mode of the active muscle and antagonistic muscle of the lower limb muscle group in the first group is more reasonable, and the upper limb muscle group in the third group is too tense during the take-off process.4.In the process of swinging and hitting the ball, the difference in the integral electromyography value of the muscles tested in different level groups is small, but there are differences in the order of discharge volume. The upper limb, shoulder and upper back muscles are the main force muscles. The muscle activation level of the core muscle group in the first level group is higher. The root mean square amplitude of the biceps and triceps in the third level group is significantly higher than that in the first and second level groups.5.In the process of swinging and shooting, the order of the integral EMG values of the muscles tested in the three level groups was basically the same, and there was a significant difference in the activation degree of the extensor carpi ulnaris, flexor carpi radialis, middle bundle of deltoid, latissimus dorsi and rectus femoris. |
